this is a fraud company with a fake company mailing address. Do not trust at all

DO NOT Transport your vehicle with this company!! they will take a deposit and price your vehicle so low it wont ship! then when you ask for your deposit back they say they will but do not. Then they till will leave your vehicle on the transport board and never take it off even when you ask them multiple times via text, email, and phone calls. if i could give them 0 stars i would!! DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!!!! SCAMMERS!

Only reason I left 1 star was because I couldn't choose 0 stars. I looked all over for a company to ship my daughter's car to ********* from Central *******. When I was choosing a company I told them that I need her car to be there on Aug19th or August 20th because my daughter is moving into college. I was assured by ****** via text and my sales ********* that it would not be an issue. ***** said we will pick up the vehicle on Wednesday and have it delivered on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning at the latest. They said they would call me by this weekend. Saturday- comes and goes. Sunday afternoon I decide to call. I called 3 times- 2 no answers and 1 hang up. So I email them. No response until late Sunday night where they offer to pick it up on Monday. At this time I remind them we will not be in ********* until Thursday so that won't work as previously discussed at length with them. So Monday comes and goes still no contact so I call them. I finally get ***** on the phone. He says oh yeah we have a truck picking her car up on Wed. I'll call you back in an hour with the drivers info. Guess who didn't call? So now we are a day before my daughter's car is supposed to picked up and still no contact. I text ******- no response, I email ***** and ******- no response. So now my wife and daughter had to cancel their flights to drive my daughters car. These guys are betting that they can find someone to transport your vehicle. Do not listen to the lies/ or guarantees because all and all it's a ******. I'm sure sometimes they pull a rabbit out of the hat and sometimes they don't. So if you are on a tight schedule -Choose someone else. If you like people to respond to you- choose someone else. I have been self employed for 20 years and I have never run from an issue with a customer. This company would have gotten a little respect from me if they were just honest with us and said I'm sorry we promised something that we couldn't deliver. This company is selling hope that they can deliver and that is all. So if you decide to use them- Good luck!!P.S. don't pay the $150.00 deposit until you have the drivers info. If you do pay it before make sure you use a Credit card so you can dispute the charge when/ if this happens to you. I have saved all correspondence with this company so if interested I would be more than happy to share it with you.
