We were dealing with an extensive mold problem in our newly purchased home. *** and his crew could not have done a more thorough job as they addressed each and every situation they encountered. The crew worked in our attic, (Yes, the type with the tiny opening in a closet) our musty garage, under several sinks, and throughout our basement. They even waited for our cat to vacate her hiding place before continuing their work. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant or harder working crew, or more reasonable prices. We can highly recommend this business without any reservation!!!Review from Stephanie E.

I am highly allergic to mold so this home improvement was really important to me and my family. *** was wonderful to work with. He explained every step he did to treat the mold in our new house. He was professional and always responded quickly. An added bonus, *** made me aware of general things around the house that needed attention that I did not notice at the time. It was friendly advice and much appreciated! I highly recommend his services.Review from Nadia G

*** and his team did an amazing job on our basement and it was in rough shape before they got there! We are now able to use our basement and breathe better knowing mold remedy LLC came to remediate. Im a mom of three young kids and I felt more than comfortable leaving my home to run errands while *** and his guys worked in my home. The times I did chat with *** and his guys only enhanced my experience with them because theyre all great! Price was totally reasonable and they got the job done quick. *** and his team did a terrific demolition and mold remediation job in my basement, which had significant mold damage due to repeated flooding caused by sump pump failures in the past decade. The post-remediation inspection and lab results conducted by an independent inspector confirmed the absence of fungal spores on the surface samples, and the spore counts in the indoor air is far less than that in the outdoor. This attested to the success of the job. Furthermore, his charge is very reasonable and affordable, way lower than some of the brandname companies. I highly recommend his service.
