I had my driveway repaved on September 29, 2021 by Garden State Paving and Masonry. Not long after, a portion of the driveway sunk and required repair (as per the one year warranty). Following a phone call to *************************, Proprietor of Garden State Paving (in March) and after several weeks, he came to my home and acknowledged the sunken driveway was an issue which he said he would repair. We exchanged text messages a few times, but phone calls have gone unreturned. It is now July 8th, but still no response. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help expedite the repair.

In 2020, I was ordered by the ********************** to have the apron of my driveway fixed. I contacted Garden State Paving and they came out and fixed the apron, or so I thought. After six months, the apron that Garden State Paving had "fixed" had begun to crumble. I immediately contacted ***** at Garden State and told him about the crumbling apron. He stated that the job was still covered under the two-year warranty and that he would send someone out soon -- when there was better weather conditions. Month after month passed and I continued to wait for "better weather". After a few months, ***** did finally come out to fix the apron and stated that they had originally used the wrong concrete and that he did not have the right concrete with him at that moment to fix it...he would be back the following Monday to take care of it.It is now 2022 and the apron continues to crumble more and more, having never been fixed. I have repeatedly texted ***** almost every month asking when I can expect him to come out and fix the apron. In April of this year, I again texted ***** asking him when he will come out to fix the apron. He told me May...it is now June. What I would like is simple...to have Garden State Paving either come out and fix the apron or reimburse me the amount I paid, so I can hire a better contractor to actually fix the apron.
