This company installed a floor Dec 2021, We have called and texted an emailed Andres because the floor is chipped, buckling and the glue is coming up. He asked for pictures which we sent over 3 weeks ago and he has not responded. The date of our contract is 12/12/2021. He basically said this is not his responsibility. This work was completed in December 2021. Two months later the client called complaining about the floor. When I went to see the issue the first time around it was apparent that the client's dog was urinating on the floor. This is what cause the damage to the floor. The floor was repaired free of charge. Client was made aware of this issue and stated that the dog is not allowed this area. However, its evident that the dog does go into this area as you can see dog hair in the pictures. The damage demonstrated in the pictures do not reflect an issue with labor, installation or material. The damage seems to be related to improper care of the flooring as this was the case the first time around and for that reason my company should not be held responsible for this repair. Client is requesting I finish the job and as she and I both stated the job was finished in December of 2021.

I am rejecting this response because:the business is not telling the truth.my dog never urinated on the floor. It is the glue. The floor is rippled and cracked. Poor workmanship. Yea my dog does have access to the room. This is just a very bad business man not standing behind his work.
