      I would give this company a zero star if I could. When they were in Farmindale, NY I bought a cage and was very satisfied. Im needing a newer cage and they are now in ************** ** and moving to *******. The website still states a 24 hour window to ship. Mistake one, not only did it take 7 days to ship, or so they say, my most frustrating situation is that nobody will return multiple emails. Not one was answered. I understand they are delayed because of a move, but not to be able to answer anything? I need a valid tracking number so I know when to expect the cage and I am told, the company will be in touch..well, is a valid number too much to ask for? Day three of me getting nowhere is totally unacceptable and I wouldnt be getting anything else from them as their customer service department is lacking very much. **************** is key and they have none. No answers..nothing. Left in the dark. If youre moving and thats your excuse, shut down for those days or explain this to customers that we wont be returning emails or calls. Something, anything. In this day and age with all the scammers out there, you think they would be more on top of their customers. Its only a cage.maybe thats why. Its a tiny order to them, but not to me. Im beyond frustrated and will not be a returning customer. Cage is not even here yet.so cant tell you if this is an actual scam or not. Sad.

      They are absolute thieves! I was charge $650 because of a cancellation even although they caught the order and it was returned to them. They literally stole money right out of my pocket due to a shelter bird who is adoption became unavailable. They are rude and condescending to speak to and justify the thievery stating they are a family business! This should be criminal!

      Once we receive an order we get the order shipped with in 24 hours unless it is on a Friday in which case the order will ship Monday between the hours of 12:30pm-4:30pm we close at 5:00pm. Our customer service and sales member reached out to ***** on Friday 6/17/2022 @1pm to confirm the order and go over the shipping. ***** confirmed the order and we proceeded to palatize and book the shipping for Monday pick up. The pallet was picked up and shipped to ***** @ 2pm on Monday 6/20/2022. When we returned to work on Tuesday we received an email that she wished to cancel the order. The email was sent at 6:30pm after we had closed! Within 24hrs the pallet made its way from ** to IL. We use a 3rd party shipping company NOT related to King's ********************* That company charges us once the pallet is picked up. As soon as we were notified that ***** wanted to cancel we had the pallet redirected to ** back to our warehouse. According to our policy on our website that ***** used to place the order the return policy states the following:You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items.Kings Cages International LLC strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.When you return items in exchange for a different product, you will avoid the 15% restocking fee BUT will be responsible for the original shipping cost that was paid for by Kings Cages.We explained that the shipping fees so far accrued from the shipping company was $545.50 and Kings is not responsible for those charges.We waived the 15% restocking fee for ***** ALSO! We understand the frustration but unfortunately these are the policy we have in place. ***** compared us to Amazon policy stating that the return would be free from them. I simply stated that since we are family ran our policy's are different and we cant compete with a Billion dollar companies policies.
