      I bought the Pool Blaster CX-1 robot from WaterTech in July 2021.It failed 3 times and was repaired by them - every time I was not able to use the product for about 5 weeks.Now it failed for the 4th time. The supervisor ******** promised me to send a replacement product a couple of weeks ago.It was never shipped. She doesn't answer my phone calls or calls back.Bad product and even a worse customer service.

      I can understand your frustration and Per our phone conversation and email on September 2, 2022, It was agreed upon, that we would offer a replacement as a one time courtesy. I informed you a replacement would be sent once your unit was returned. I emailed you a prepaid return shipping label as well as a email acknowledgment of this agreement.

      Again, We will exchange your robot upon receipt of your current unit.

      Bought a Cordless vacuum for the pool. Bought batteries. After I installed the batteries the product would not even turn on. False advertisement. False product. Paid $199 for what for nothing. The office is always closed. No one ever returns my voicemail. How people are allowed to sell non working junk in ******* of all places boggles me.

      Watertech product was purchased on June 14, 2021. The product is an electric pool vacuum. The retail price is $199. There are many negative complaints against this company and its product on numerous websites. Customers site that the battery stops charging after only a few uses. I had great trepidation purchasing the product, but most people had their batteries replaced and it seemed the company was working out its defect with the vacuum, so I bought it. WE used only 11 times in 2 months, charging it 3 times. On the 4th charge it failed. Would not work or take a charge. I contacted the retailer In the Swim, and they informed me they are not handling any complaints or problems and that i had to go to the manufacturer WaterTech. I contacted them in September. The rep took my info and stated that they don't fix them themselves as they get too many returned and that they just send out a new battery that has to be installed by the owner. I waited a dozen days and no battery. I called inquiring about my replacement and the rep had no record of my call or the problem with my product. *** was working remote and could not hear me properly. When I asked her to speak up she started yelling at me. I hung up and called back trying to get another rep. *** answered again and tried to get in an argument with me. I waited another week and went online to submit, now a 3rd complaint, to rectify the problem. The new rep ****** offered a ONE TIME replacement of a new battery that I would have to install. I received the battery. I charged the unit. Used it 3 times and at the 2nd charge now, it went blank. The new battery now also unusable. I contacted ****** again a week later to inform them of their unusable and defective product. Remember they only offered a one-time fix, so I demanded my money back. They refused and now offered me a ONE TIME ONLY full replacement. Selling unusable products knowingly is fraud. I am also filing with the ** ************************* for Fraud.

      I want to first apologize for the customer service you received and assure you we are looking into who was arguing with you as this is unacceptable. I can assure you we only want to rectify this situation.

      I see the email messages where we offered a brand new replacement unit. However, You declined and requested a refund. I understand your frustration and while we can not offer a refund, as we are the manufacturer and no purchase was made directly from us. We can offer a brand new unit and a full 1 year warranty of that unit starting January 2022 to December 2022.

      I am rejecting this response because:   The argument that you did not receive any money for the purchase is a straw man's ploy. Did you receive payment from the retailer for the product? Yes you did. So you were paid for the product you sold me. Its beyond disingenuous but the real point is you are selling a product that does not work and you take no responsibility for it.

      I already received a new vacuum. It lasted only 11 uses. Your customer service is so bad, and the product is breaking so much that you don't even repair them, you send the parts and expect the customer to rebuild your failed product. The rebuilt only lasted 3 more uses so why would I ever want to keep trying a product that DOES NOT WORK. Sending me another so I can what, keeping rebuilding it. Keep fighting for a what would be a basic standard right of expectation in service and quality. No thanks.

      I am submitting my now completed complaint to the Attorney general's office because you have tried to again ***** your basic responsibilities of a manufacturer and retailer. And you keep insulting me with your pedestrian argument of not receiving any money for a product you sold. I now believe that your fraud is intentional, and people should be protected from the fraud you are perpetuating.

      I understand your frustrations and we want to offer the best customer service as possible. We are the manufacture of the product and we stand by our warranty. We can fully replace the unit as offered previously, however, you stated you did not want the replacement.

      I am rejecting this response because: It seems that this is a game to this company. $200 product lasts only 14 uses, while even being rebuilt by the user once after 11 uses. You keep offering a onetime rebuild. A onetime replacement. That's not a company that stands by their warranty. Again, it's just a game. You don't stand by anything but making and selling a fraudulent product. One that doesn't work Just read over 50 different complaints on the product breaking for so many others after so little use. I have finished my complaint with the Attorney general and will submit this week. It obvious you don't stand by your products and others need to be warned not to buy this knowingly worthless vacuum. So, this is my last reply. You can deal with the attorney general's office and explain why you won't refund money; you don't stand by any warranty if it's a "one time only" nonsense. So don't refund my money, because if you do you will have so many others to refund, I get it. I will have to keep sending it to the proper authorities until your product is either made properly or taken off the selves. sending me another unusable product (remember one time only) is a waste of time.
      How long is this new one going to last???? I mean I only have one more chance to maybe get a usable product as you stated. I don't ****** with such impossible odds.
