Do not take your dog to K9 Bootcamp for any services. I do not like to cause a scene or write negative reviews but after the care my dog received from K9 Boot Camp in East ********** I feel that other dog owners need to be warned to stay away. Under their care my dog was mistreated and neglected. After a boarding and training stay, my dog was returned to me dirty, had kennel cough and didnt even learn the basics.I am absolutely furious, and this establishment should not be allowed to care for dogs. ?I dropped my dog off for the boarding and training program. Her stay was to learn basic training. When I picked my dog up from the program I immediately noticed her condition. When I got home with my dog I immediately called K9 Bootcamp so could speak with the owner *****. I was told that she was too busy and could not talk to me. I told the woman that I spoke to that my dog had gotten kennel cough from their facility and to please mention it to *****. Unfortunately I never received a call back. After about 2 weeks of calling K9 Bootcamp and leaving numerous messages for ***** to please call me to discuss the issue, she finally responded. When we did speak, she was rude, disrespectful and didnt seem to care about my dogs health. She kept defending herself, making excuses for why my dog was sick, and blaming the issue on me. She never even asked about my dogs health. As a company that's sole service is to care for dogs, that response is blatantly unacceptable. Their business is to care for dogs. Under K9 ********* care my dog was neglected and exposed to serious health risks that if I hadnt picked up my dog at the time, her health would have become worse.?The purpose of this statement is to inform others of the mistreatment and neglect my dog experienced at the hands of ***** and K9 Bootcamp. Dog owners need to be aware of the lack of care provided by K9 Bootcamp and stay away.

Your dog was not mistreated. You were contacted when your dog had kennel cough and We advised you to take him home and once hes better, bring him back to continue training. You failed to do so or to even contact us. The dog also developed the kennel cough after you brought him back from his week stay with you at which we are not responsible for where that dog went at that time To contact the cold. When we reached out to re start the training after not hearing from you you failed to Bring him once again. You were also told about the kennel cough we noticed the instant we noticed and advised for him to go home until feeling better. You were then called by myself (the owner) and I spent about an hour on the phone helping you know How to help him fight the kennel cough which you thanked me for and were appreciative of the time I spent being helpful for the dogs health. Because you didnt want to keep bringing him back for training, you requested a refund at no negligence to finish the training on our end. When you were told we cannot offer a refund but will still promise to finish training, you disappeared again and then wrote this review.
