I have been in communication with the director and assistant director of East Brunswick COA since September of 2023 in regards to overcharging for my son. We withdrew him from the school as of September 6, 2023 however, we were charged an average of $46 dollars plus per week since we switched from full time (October 2021 until September 2022) to 3 half days in Sept. of 2022, then the same charges from February 6, 2023 until June 19, 2023 in which he was in 2 half days. They informed me that corporate has never reached out to them. We were also never given a new breakdown of the tuition costs for part time days. We were charged for 5 part time days when my son was only in the school for 3 part time days and then we changed his schedule to 2 part time days. This was communicated to the school management but never changed by corparate. I was in contact with a corporate representative on numerous occasions and they could not give me a breakdown of the charges for part time child care. I was only given a breakdown of the total amount. Aside from this, there has been numerous issues with the payment systems of this company. My daughter wasn't in the system, and the corporate office decided to overcharge us for almost 11 weeks without informing my husband and I. This caused us to overdraft and go into debt on a few occasions. The other issue here is that tuition is also based on annual salary which I find that to be very deceiving and not transparent.
