I purchased the vehicle on 2-28-24 and a week later the wiper stopped working while driving on the highway in pouring rain. repairs for that were $413. Not even a month later and my car overheated while I was driving. Took the car to my mechanic and he fixed air coolant, bleeder hose and thermostat. The cost for that was $560. However the radiator fan still needed the electrical wiring to be fixed so I brought it back to M2 so they can address the issue. They said they fixed the issue as they had the car running for over an hour and it hadn’t overheated. When I went to get the car the check engine light was on although it was not when it was towed in. They insist that it was on when they received the car, which is an outright lie, I asked when they told me the car was ready for pick up Why wouldn’t they mention the check engine light and they responded, They only worked on what I brought the car in for. Not even seven minutes driving away from the dealer and the car overheated again I brought the car back to them and they emailed me later that evening stating they could not fix the car…I should go see my mechanic to have him write up a diagnostic and then they would fix it. I paid them to fix the overheating issue that was not fixed. If their mechanic can’t diagnose what is wrong with the car how is he capable of fixing it? My mechanic told me it can be a head gasket issue and that will cost over 2500 to repair. Another issue with the vehicle is the horn does not work, it goes off at any given moment and remains on when I asked the owner Boris about the horn he sarcastically responded, He has not used a horn since he was a teenager. I told him I didn’t want an excuse I just wanted it addressed and to drive without a functioning horn is unsafe, as well as malfunctioning wipers. His retort was I purchased a vehicle as is and anything can happen to a vehicle. They sold me a lemon, they know it and I want a full refund as the car cannot be driven.Initial Complaint

I purchased a used vehicle from M2 Auto on 9/30/23. When I went to look at the car, the battery was dead and they replaced it with a "new battery" which was absolutely used. When I brought the car home, the battery was dead, one of the headlights didn't work and one of power mirrors didn't work. I luckily jumped the battery to start the vehicle. While driving the first time, the check engine light came on (while on the highway) and as soon as I slowed down the car seized up. This has happened REPEATEDLY so I brought the car back. They fixed the headlight (which is so dim compared to the other, so really not fixed) and they "reset" the computer to clear the check engine issue. But that didnt solve the problem as I still face this daily! Not to mention the car needs brakes so bad that I am now afraid to take it to work or drive it at all. I understand that I purchased a vehicle "as is", but I also expected a vehicle that would pass inspection - and from day one this WOULD NOT have - there is no chance. Now the salesman will not answer his texts and they refuse to help me. I brought this to their attention IMMEDIATELY and I believe they tricked me by telling me they repaired. Bottom line is I paid $6,300 for a car that is junk and I cannot drive - and now I feel so taken advantage of and scammed. Please help!Initial Complaint

Bought a vehicle for $9200 dealer assured me the car was in great shape and had no problems whatsoever, turns out it had a slow coolant leak which turned into $1200 worth of repairs within a few days of having the car. I called the business regarding this issue and they came up with no resolution.
