First, Russo ***** has 2 faces. I will show you a shameless one.Russo ***** gave us a service for Gas Boiler repair, and They changed the pump, valve, small tank, and thermostats for $6201 (the new plumber quoted $2000 even.)While he fixed the gas boiler, he evacuated the hot water tank which is connected to the gas boiler. They made the tank empty. After he fixed the gas boiler, they just turned on the system and the water tank exploded in 5 min like a bomb. This is %100 technician's mistake and the water tanks installed by the same company in October 2019 were brand new. The technician did not deny his mistake, but he said there is a warranty, and they could cover it. It's a weird gas tank blowout itself. The technician forgot to evaluate the air pressure and made the water cycle only. Anyway, they quoted me about $9000 to replace the water tank. I said there was a warranty, but Case Manager *** said there was no warranty. I called today's boiler manufacturer and they agreed to replace it. I found another contractor and they are going to install it. I am so disappointed; they did not take care of their mistake, and also they lied about the warranty. They acted like scams. I am very mad. You pay them 3-4 times more than any other contractor and look at what you got. If you dont care about your rights and warranty or you dont have any financial problem to pay them $20-30K for repair, they are a great company. I can proof it everything and I am staying behind my statement. Already contacted with town and will go to small claim court.Russo Bros. & Co. Response

The tank would have been under warranty with the previous owner. As per manufacturers' policies, they dont transfer warranties to new homeowners. I made an appointment for ac and ******** replacement estimate., ******* spent close to two hours at our house, got annoyed when I said we might not need a new condenser and then announced they could not give me any quote because they dont do ductwork in the summer. Why did they waste my time? When I called the manager, he was totally unperturbed.Russo Bros. & Co. Response

Russo ********* overcharged ** on a service call for a faucet leak in **********.We needed a faucet repair cylinder for a bathtub faucet that costs less than $50 in *********** The charge for the work that took the service person one hour was $900.00. There was no structural issue, no tile removed or any extraordinary issues.Then, I called the service desk at Russo 3 times. The woman who took the call advised a service manager would contact me to discuss this matter. I am still waiting for a call back! This type of service is what we all fear when we need assistance and make service calls.You would do well to go elsewhere when you need a plumber!Russo Bros. & Co. Response

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and highly efficient. From my initial phone call through same day installation, Russo Bros. & Co. is by far one of the best service providers that Ive experienced. Not one person I spoke to or worked with lacked in experience, expertise, responsiveness or, customer service. Thank you all for saving the day. I just want to say that I couldnt be more satisfied with the service I received from Russo Bros. The technicians who arrived, ****** and ****, were absolutely fabulous! They were so polite and helpful, their knowledge of what needed to be done was exceptional, they were kind, courteous, and answered any questions I had patiently and thoroughly, leaving me confident in a job well done. They arrived promptly and completed the job in less time than I thought it would take, cleaned up after themselves and basically left me worry free of future issues!
