They came to unclog the sewer, tried to do it through the toilet, found roots, packed up and left, said they be back in 2 days but charged us $250 even thought they left us with the clog, they came back in 2 days, instead of trying to unclog they ran a camera down and said they couldnt do anything more since the clog was 15 feet from the curb and thats the city responsibility ( so I think there saying they can never completely unclog any drain since you need to run the snake out passed the 15 feet till you meet the main in the street) , they charged me another $260 to run the camera, left without unclogging the drain, the city came and unclogged it , running the snake through in less than a minute . In my opinion this company does not stand by their work, over $500 and they left us with the clog!!! Buyer bewareReview from Lionel B

Our kitchen sink was backed up all weekend and I had tried everything. ***** was great. He arrived within a half an hour of the message I got. He unclogged the sink, checked for leaks, checked the dishwasher, and cleaned everything up before leaving. Overall, excellent service.Review from Debbie M
