            BBB unable to locate business
            Contacted the business for an apartment they had listed for rent. I wanted to do a tour they told me that I needed to complete an application and pay the application fee before they would show it to me. I completed the application, paid the fee, and sent all my personal information, ID, social and paystubs. Then they stopped communicating with me and I called them and they told me the apartment had just been rented 10 minutes prior to my call.

            This is a bait and switch company - avoid!!They will tell you that you will not be able to see any Apartments unless you pay their $20 application fee, but you will never see the apartment that you intended to see. They will promise you and make an appointment, which is what they did with me and then when you show up the apartment is not available and they send you somewhere else that is completely unacceptable. I have never seen the one apartment that I wanted to see from this company, they showed me some other garbage apartment and then lied and said place I wanted to see was being worked on by contractors. Why would they have made the appointment with me in the first place to have seen that apartment if they knew it was not available to view? These people are shady they do not communicate effectively via email or telephone, they are full of misinformation and they are your classic bait and switch scammers. Please avoid this company at all costs! I am out $20 but ****** learned.
