I paid $479 to have a floor wrap and two foam boards made for my baby shower. When they were done being made and I realized they were too big to fit in a car I asked them about delivery and set up. I was informed i had to pay an additional $160. They were given the address of my event, a date and time that they needed to be there. The day of I called at 2pm (the time they were to arrive) and was told they would be there within the hour. I expressed that my event started at 3pm and they told me they would be there at 2pm. I also didnt want them setting up in front of guest. They got there at 3:30pm while guest were there and arriving! They now refuse to refund me the $160 for a service that was not met.Business response

The client has been fully refunded. This being the first and last time this has happened. I explained the refund had to be processed in the same method in which payment was sent. She has confirmed receipt.Customer response

Hi the complaint has been resolved and I was refunded.
