On 03/02/2024 my family decided to visit the American Dream mall Nickelodeon Universe it was my childs first time here. He is 9 years old with autism. Unfortunately we were not able to spend more than an hour here because this was not an ideal situation for my child he was too overwhelmed and overstimulated from the crowds and loud noise. It caused him to be very upset, cry and shutdown. It was a terrible time for him and we had to leave. If we would have known it would be like this we would have chose another option. I am requesting a full refund due to these unfortunate circumstances.Initial Complaint

decided to book a trip and get the nickelodeon universe since i assumed this will be needed for both the water park and the indoor parks . I then realized you needed to purchase a water park ticket of which i was more than happy to do so . i called in on 5/25/2023 and asked and they said to buy it if you want to visit the water parks only . since i didn't need the indoor nickelodeon i decided to call in two days earlier and get a courteous refund .****** the manager on the phone didn't want to help or assist even though i told them the situation . (bad work ethnics and customers service ) to gain a customer is you always help . no help of anything provided . i just wanted a full refund for the item i didn't need but i guess i will see when i get them.Initial Complaint

I bought 2 tickets to Nickelodeon Universe @ American Dream Mall in ** for 12/26/22. I drove 2 hrs to the mall in ***************, ** attempting to use the tickets I purchased for over $200. When I got there, I sat in gridlock traffic for over 90 mins & after being unable to find 1 parking spot in any of the 4 parking garages or the 2 overflow lots, I turned around & came home. I called ***************** on my way home, but they were no help. The man told me that the tickets were date specific regardless of No Parking. Guess I didn't read the extra fine print, but this experience was absolutely horrible and cost me over $200. I felt scammed I will not be purchasing any more tickets through this 3rd party website. Had I purchased the tickets through the American Dream Mall, they said they could have helped me, but because I did it through *****************, there was nothing they could do. ***************** should stop selling non-refundable and non-exchangeable tickets knowing they're nit exchangeable if there is nowhere to park. do not sell tickets to customers that are non-refundable/non-exchangeable to events that are potentially oversold. There was no one at the mall directing the traffic jams or telling people that the ************** were all full. I spent nearly 6 hours in my car & was unable to use the tickets I purchased through no fault of my own. When I called and spoke to a ***************** **************** Rep on 12/26, he told me that I should have read my tickets that say "non-refundable" & "non-exchangeable". This experience cost me over $200 and I felt scammed, so I wanted to share. I will not be purchasing any more tickets through this website. Had I purchased the tickets through the American Dream Mall... they said they could have helped me, but because I did it through *****************, there was nothing they could do. In October of 2020, I purchased 3 prepaid tickets for me and my children. I later found out that there was a vivid exposure which required us to quarantine. I called the parked and was told that I would be able to use the tickets within a year and I’d be required to pay a $5 change fee per ticket. The person I spoke never requested my information. So I assumed this was standard procedure. Today when I attempted to reschedule, I was informed that since my tickets expired on midnight of the day of my scheduled arrival that I’d have to pay $153 + tax to reinstate them. During these trying times there is no guarantee of health status and to avoid the threat of passing the virus to someone else and endangering the lives of others, I should be allowed to take precautions and make sure me and my children feel safe. On March 28th I purchase eight tickets to attend the nickelodeon universal studio costing $678 given that the amount of people would be appropriate for the pandemic when arriving at Universal studio it was overly packed I did not get to scan tickets to answer the amusement park my family and ITurned around to go home I called the office immediately asking for a refund as well and email stating I was aware they did not distribute refunds but considering the pandemic that amount children I had was asthma and my newborn that I would not be going back to the mall spent four months going back-and-forth at the office inWith the promise of getting some sort of refund if not in full finally when the time came to get my refund the person I was in contact with was no longer Available I continue then on my own so five for my money back with my bank knowing they were retaliate this is not right considering the circumstances I do not and have not ever wish to go back there
