Daughter 3rd birthday event on June 7th 4-7 Notified at 3:00pm in traffic coming from Brooklyn that my event had to be over at 6. Said they were just notified that there was a private Jewish event. But instead there was a training. Was rushed to eat food and leave. Other party was granted passes and spoke to supervisors for attend the Nickelodeon side. When I asked to speak to a manger and get accommodated that refused to come out as well as the booking agent to helped me originally refused to answer my call. It was told to take the kids on the other side but had to pay and additional amount for the parents to ride with the kids due to being to small. I want my money back for clearly not be attended too and paying for a service I wasn’t able to really get.Initial Complaint

My children and I went to the American Dream water park, paid $ 100 each and were able to ride only 2 rides the entire day before we got exhausted from the 2:30 hour long lines and unfriendly staff.Initial Complaint

I purchase tickets to take my daughter to DreamWorks Waterpark on Sunday January 16th. Both me and my daughter got violently ill I called and was told I had to pay $45 for the 3 tickets in order to redeem on another day. I was upset that during a global pandemic they would charge people who are being responsible might I add a fee to change their tickets. I reluctantly obliged and change it to January 29th which was the day of the record breaking snow storm here on the east coast and I was unable to not only get to the resort but to contact them due to power outages in my area. I called the very next day and they said in order for me to get the tickets I would have to pay another fee this time $25 for each ticket. which would be a total of $232 for my initial purchase, $45 for the change of date and $75 for the reinstatement of the tickets even though it was a natural disaster that prohibited me from attending. I would never support nor step foot in there again. Oh and my credit card company refused to refund me.
