I would give it a 0 if I could. As soon as we paid and get our rides, one of the staff came over and kept on harassing my kids about not following the rules. She is a Spanish lady. I think shes racist against us in some types of way!! This lady was targeting at us! As soon as we get our rides, the racist lady came over and started harassing and intimidating our kids. She said that 2 people could not share a ride. There are so many people who share the rides and she would not bother going to them. (Maybe because they are white Americans). Anyways, there is no such a rule.. On their website from below it literally said Riders under 4 ft. must be accompanied on all rides by an adult. ******************************************************************** The ignorant lady just made up that rule on the spot and 2 people is not allow on a ride. She interrupted our rides so many times! We paid for our time but did not get the service we deserve! Time is money! Our rides cost $20 per 20 minutes and we got 2 rides. Thats $40 plus tax. Our rides were interrupted multiple times by this racist ignorant lady. This organization is unorganized nor run properly. And it also have an unprofessional, ignorant manager who does not know their own company rules! Beware! If you dont look like a white American, you might be the next target!! They would not refund your money! Because this organization only cares about making money and nothing else!!! The only goal of this company is only about making money! Our kids were so terrified. The rides was suppose to be fun for the kids but instead they learn about unfair treatments! Dont be fooled by the cute looking rides!!
