    I ordered a Mudboss Wrap on October 25, 2022. I received an email on October 25, 2022 with the following information: Order #****; Tracking number ****************************** with an Estimated Delivery Date on Novenber 2-3, 2022. I paid $48.50. On October 27, 2022 I received an email stating that my order is on the way. On November 3, 2022 I sent an email looking for an update on my order because when I go on the **** website and check the tracking it stated that the **** was sent Pre-Shipment ***** **** awaiting item October 28, 2022. I got no response. On November 10, 2022 I sent another email looking for an update on my order. He finally responded on November 16, 2022 stating that the **** is claiming that they never received the package. He will reprint label ship out a new one on November 17, 2022. Today is November 29, 2022 and I still haven't received my order. Before filing this complaint I checked the **** website and it still states that the **** is still awaiting the package since October 28, 2022. I used a prepaid card for this purchase and it shows that it posted on October 27, 2022. I even called them and verified that it was paid. So as of right now I never received my order and I'm out $48.50. I think I have given him plenty of time and have been very patient. In his email on November 16, **************************************** the last two months that had this problem. If that's the case he should keep better track of his orders.
