            On June 2, 2021 we gave a deposit in the amount of $400 to Decorative Shade of Monmouth (DSM Enterprises) for the replacement of our outdoor awning fabric. The new fabric was to be installed within six weeks, in order to use it this Summer. The check was cashed on June 11, 2021. The salesman who came to our home was "****".As the six weeks were about up, my wife, ***** began to call to confirm the installation. They didn't return our calls or provide any updates. Three weeks after the deadline, ***** got them on the phone. They hadn't done anything with the order. Apparently hadn't even looked at it to see if they had the materials. At this point my wife cancelled. They in response said they would send a refund of the deposit. They never did. They don't return our phone calls, and won't communicate with us. All we are asking for is for them to do what they promised and send back the deposit of $400. They don't respond to us, and it feels like a criminal enterprise.

            Stay away from this company came out going on 3 months ago to replace the fabric on my existing awning and snapped one of the arms off (never asked for it to be done fore free or at a discount as the arm had been bent from previous home owner) after multiple failed attempts to have them repaid or replace the arm **** and his assistant assured me he got a replacement and would be out several times I am forced to go to a different company to have the repair made.
