Update:4/19/22 - He called me back and said the damage will be at least $3,500 and could be more. I told him no. He did not offer any type of recourse to help me fix this. No discount. Nothing. This was (in my opinion) their fault 100%. This will be the last time I ever deal, buy or service anything from this company again. You lost a customer because. Next time. Work with the customer and maybe you'll keep one, but when I redo my kitchen. I will not be shopping here. I can promise you that.Update: 4/18/22 My BBQ almost blew up on me. There was an electrical fire and somehow 2 burners cracked and is now leaking gas. My expensive BBQ is most likely done for. I called up ***** and he was immediately defensive saying this was something we did. He said it had to be your cleaning lady who took it apart and messed it up. Nobody clean it on our end and in fact... I had an appointment with ****************** ******** Services to come and clean my grill professionally cleaned and they were coming next week. I don't see how this is our fault and feel like we made a mistake by using them to fix my bbq. I am waiting to hear back from the company on a resolution to this issue. I will update my review and ratings pending outcome. If I wind up needing a brand new BBQ and he doesn't offer me a resolution? I can guarantee I will never ever shop there or do business with them again regardless of who's fault it is.. I told the owner. I'm not here to point fingers. I just want this fixed and that's when he started barking at me you can take the ** out of this... I was not happy with the way he spoke to me. o I called them up and asked them if they could fix my BBQ. They sent someone out right away and a few weeks later she was working as good as new. They have been around a long time and they know what they are doing. I would use them again, my mom has been using them since I was a kid and now, I'm using them. I had no issues. The owner was super nice and got the job done.
