I had a Gaf Timberline line roof installed in 2013 with a 60 yr warranty... I've had nothing but problem with my roof and siding since then...To make my story short I had a major leak in my living room from the roof not being installed properly...I have mold growing for God only knows how long..I called the company and they ignored all my calls and had to call ******************** to have them send a crew over to fix my roof.... Finally one man came when it was almost dark and I asked him to lift up the shingles to the plywood which he didn't do..The only thing he did was come in my house and I showed him where the water was coming in .He went outside for 15 minutes and replaced 3 ******** and said he was done... Unexcusable and unacceptable... They are not once again returning my calls...DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY,!!!Review from Sharon S

Seems that they did an ok job with the siding and roofing at my adult community section. However, when warm weather came, my a/c was not working. Turned out the siding men put a nail through a wire in my disconnect box and left it hanging, exposed to the elements. I had to pay for an electrician to do repairs before I could even get my a/c unit serviced.My director contacted them with the complaint and a copy of the **** I had paid to the electrician. Told him they would reimburse me. It has been months and no check.
