To whom it may concern: My name is *******************************, and I receive a card through virtual rewards where unable retrieve incentive of ***** off my prepaid gift card from virtual rewards card. I contact virtual rewards where told me have nothing do with rewards have contact survey company did reward with Mypionionnow, and talk to their customer service ******** said takes ***** hours to get response got response asking forward email that did study with for toothpaste which I did never receive any more response been four days now. I was also told customer service on ******** that can replace the incentive I renew with new incentive for amount had previously and still haven't receive response about replacing my reward for *****, because card expire now but wasn't able retrieve funds before expiring 12/22. Virtual rewards just remove funds from card January 2023. I reach out through email never receive a response until now. The company can call me if needed. ThanksCustomer response

To whom may concerned: My name is *******************************, and my issue with not able get my reward for toothpaste study for ***** since had issues activating my card that have expire been resolve with another MarketView Focus study company that connected with Myopinionnow forcus study as of today. I was told by MarketView focus study going to send my ***** to me as a check and should get **** days. ThanksInitial Complaint

Completed a survey online , but got some sort of error to where I wasnt compensated . My main question is where or not you received this survey, then proceed from there with ESOMAR , etc . Hi ****,
After looking into this, we do not show any records of you completing a survey with us recently. This does not mean that you didnt start a study with us, as we use many vendors, and after the survey, we forward the respondent back to the vendor for the vendor to award the incentives. I see that on 9/25/2020, you completed a study with us via vendor **************.
I want to assist you in this, so something that would be helpful is if you could provide me with the project code of the study you participated in and the incentive. I will confirm this and make sure that you receive your incentive.
