      Today I took my daughter's car to Trax car wash for an interior and exterior wash. We paid $55 which is fine. When we received our car after the job was done the radio molding was broken off her dashboard. We went and asked if it could be repaired since it wasn't that way when we got there 15 min ago. The employee was rude and said we didn't do it go talk to the manager. My daughter spoke to the manager who said we didn't do it, if you have a complaint email the company. We asked again if they could just look at it because maybe it was a simple fix and we wouldn't have to reach out to the company and wait for a reply. The staff spoke to each other in Spanish and then laughed and ignored **. My family and I have visited this car wash for years. We will never ever go back there again. Unless it is to have her radio molding repaired as it should be.

      Hi,

      We value all our customers. After discussing this with the manager and employees and reviewing the photos we can see that this dash was worked on by someone else prior to the car wash. The standard radio was replaced with a custom touch screen and the dash plastic was not reattached properly. We cannot be held liable for shoddy custom work by someone else.

      I am rejecting this response because: the radio was professionally replaced by a professional GM dealer 3 years ago. We never had an issue with it until after the car wash. The owner of the car wash took zero responsibility and didnt even ask ** to bring it in to look at it. His staff was unprofessional and rude and defensive when we asked politely for them to look at it once we noticed the issue. Upon further review of the radio we noticed fuzz on the side of the radio mounting and one of the clips was snapped off. To ** that *** mean the rag got stuck as they were wiping the interior and they pulled it out snapping one of the mounting tabs for the radio. 

      If the staff or the owner took any accountability for the issue and didnt dismiss ** immediately we would have had this resolved quickly. Instead the owner immediately went with the It wasnt us. Customer service is about the customer. At least look at the issue and speak to us in person before shutting us down saying it wasnt us.

      I had no opportunity to help you resolve the issue. You ran right to the internet and posted a bad review before I could even respond to your email. Unreasonable people cannot be helped.
