I got a a doorbell camera and and another camera back in April and they both worked great up to a week ago and they stopped working . Got them from QVCCustomer response

On or around 13DEC2022, I had a warranty claim approved and told I should receive a shipping notification for my replacement product in the next 2-3 weeks.Since that time, I was told my claim was not approved, then was approved again; have had to pay $7 for shipping; and have waited as my replacement product has not been shipped.This process is completely screwed up.I have been waiting approximately 6 weeks for my replacement product now where I was told it would be shipped to me prior to ChristmasBusiness response

Unfortunately, we were out of stock for ********************* replacement product. The product was shipped via **** and per tracking# **********************, the product was delivered on February 6th. We will also be
refunding the shipment fee. The refund should appear on the provided account next week after a few business days.

I am rejecting this response because:After approximately 3 months of them claiming they are sending me a replacement device, they provided the below tracking number approximately 3 days ago.
Unfortunately, the item has not been received.
At the request of JEM accessories, I have contacted the post office to check the status of this.
But also, I have been in contact with JEM accessories as they claim to have sent a replacement, which I have never received, plus they have my original product so I am unable to do what I want with this product since I have exactly 0 of them (play records).
I am requesting that in addition to refunding the lousy $7 in shipping, that they ACTUALLY SEND ME MY PRODUCT, preferably via *** or ***** since **** has clearly been insufficient.
