They Obtained my contact information illegally. I have contacted the company numerous times over years and requested them to stop contacting me or using my information. They have IGNORED all requests. I also believe they have sold or used my information for identity theft. Many of the theft attempts originated in New Jersey where this company is located.Initial Complaint

This organization I believe is stealing nurses identifications without doing what they say they do will to onboard me for a TEMPORARY job (13wks) not even PERMENANT job. They repeatedly ask for documents that I sent them over and over for 4weeks now. They also keep refusing the legal documents of my proof of nursing practice AFTER I send it even though its exactly what they asked for stating the job I am applying for is rejecting the legal documents which is only their word. All my documents are legal, current, and ***. I am citizen and a Veteran and I have never ever in my 20yrs career had an agency treat me like this. So I believe this is them stealing nurses documents to use elsewhere. I keep asking them for the lab slip work for the drug test & TSPOT again they are requesting this blood work to prove I do not have TB and (although never in my life had it ) even though I never had a positive PPD test and gave them prove last week and gave them 2 chest xrays in last 4weeks again proving I do not have TB and they still want me to get a TSPOT blood test but refuse to give me the requisite they keep promising to give me. Each week they keep requesting a different requirement for example last week they told me I needed to take a Child Abuse, Fire ******* *********** Control certification course. and wanted me to pay for it. All past agencies I have worked with offer the certifications free. I have never ever in life paid for these certs. We are on a deadline Nov. 27, 2022 And if we do not have all this in time, I will not get the job and guess what? This organization will have all my nursing credentials, medical, my drivers license, #SSN card, birth certificate...Everything.... I was interviewed by the ***** of ******* for the job and was hired same day but it through this agency unfortunately. I really just want the job.Business response

We understand your frustration however the process of onboarding and paperwork was the requisite of our client. It was a misscommunication, as our team was trying to meet the client's compliances and were following the client's instructions.
