The date of the transaction was 5/8/24. At that time a deposit of $950.00 in check was given. The contract was for fence replacement. 2 sections to be replaced. The date of 5/24/24 was determined as the day the job would be done. I received a text a week before alerting me to keep my driveway clear. I was told I would receive a call the day before as to the time the job would be done. That call never happened. When I called the morning of the installation I was told that the warehouse did not have the fence.Now over 7 weeks later the fence is not fixed. Same answer after each time I called or texted that the warehouse does not have the fence. How does a fence company not have fence replacements. I canceled the transaction and requested my deposit of $950.00 back. No response back.Initial Complaint

Received Proposal 4/14/2024, Accepted Perusal and received Contact , DocuSign 4/192024. Deposit check of $500.00, was picked up on 4/20/2024 Ck # *** . Corrected Contract was emailed on 4/24/2024 Stated completion by 5/15/2024 or before. Started calling late in May , Left messages , received one reply that they would get back to me, a fore stopped at my home informing me , that the material that was delivered was wrong and had to be reordered. I continued to call with no results,
