Purchased town home (closed on July 25, 2022). New construction with a one year builder's warranty.Still with ongoing electrical issues with two separate circuits in the house: laundry room, and kitchen GFI. Now a new circuit (dining room GFI) is causing issues. Repeatedly tripping the circuit breakers. Occurs at least once per week. Some days, it repeatedly trips rendering us unable to use the kitchen appliances. We exercise caution, by using only standard kitchen appliances as directed in the user manual, only one plugged in at any given time. Still this occurs. Despite multiple service calls, representatives from the manufacturer visiting, multiple visits from the electrician. This issue appears to be worsening. Two weeks ago a new circuit (dining room GFI) had tripped once. Today (11/30/22) both dining room and washer outlets had repeated tripped the circuit breakers, leaving us unable to use the washer and kitchen appliances. We have a newborn baby and some critical appliances (bottle sterilizer, bottle warmer), rely on the dining room and kitchen circuit. I filed a complaint on 11/28/22 due to laundry room tripping circuit breakers. No response form the builder. I called the * Hovnanian service center today (11/30/22) as I had not heard from them. Representative stated that "there are supply chain issues" and "it will be a while for the issue to be resolved" No estimate of time frame. We cannot live in a house where we cannot reliably use the washer/dryer and the kitchen. Especially with a newborn baby.Business response

We are actively investigating and have the manufacturers-******* (electric Panel and breakers) and GE (Kitchen Appliances) engaged. we actually met with this homeowner for a 2nd time this week on Wednesday 12/7. The Electrician, Siemans Technical rep, our homeowner service manager were all present. Siemans performed in depth testing, replaced breakers and now bringing them back to their corporate office for further review. ******* has indicated to *************** that they will respond in a week or so with their findings.
We have explained this to the resident.
