On 6/3/24 I took the Audi a8 that was purchased to Bell Audi in ********* for a routine system inspection and oil change. The car was fine but they recommended this service when I was scheduling on their website. When I got the car back all the systems that I was told were working in perfect order broke down. The engine light is now on, acc guard not working, alerts that brakes may not be working. I have no idea what they did to my car and I cannot get in touch with them. They charged me 1,000$ and proceeded to break a car that was working perfectly before. I have the documentation they gave me saying everything was working and can provide if needed.

I live in PA and purchased a vehicle from Bell Audi on 21 October 2023. Several times since that date, the Finance Representative, ***************************, and the Salesperson, *********************, contacted me about documents they failed to present to me that needed to be signed. This went on for weeks, with new and different documents each time, despite me having attempted to contact the manager, *************************, and general manager, *********************** about the incompetency of their employees. In the meantime, the 30-day temporary tag they provided was getting close to expiring. ******************** and ************** kept threatening that I was delaying the taxes, tags and title process from completing. A couple of the documents they wanted me to sign were questionable - dealing with insurance which I had already provided - so I refused to sign. As of today, 4 Jan ****, I still have not received my PA tag and the 30-day temporary tag they provided expired on 19 Nov 2023. Management, **************** and ******************, ignore my phone calls and emails requesting updated information.

I purchased a vehicle from Bell Audi on 7/17/23. It was purchased in ** but I live in **. I paid to have tags and registration transferred from my previous vehicle. The temporary tag expired on 8/15/23.I contacted Bell Audi on SEVERAL occasions; 8/22/23, 8/28/23, 9/6/23, 9/8/23, 9/11/23. After being given the run around, I eventually contacted Audi *** to file a compliant on 8/30/23. To no avail, Audi *** was of no assistance. To date (9/11/23), I have yet to receive my registration and Im unable to drive the vehicle.

I bought a car from Bell Audi on May 15th 2023. I spent $6,526.86 on the car. I test drove the car and everything was fine. As soon as I drive home and they hand me the keys after cleaning it the check engine light comes on. The car starts to shake when you hit the brakes. The car stutters when you go slower than 40 mph. The left back seat door does not open from the inside. The car has an expired inspection sticker and the car is not going to pass inspection in this condition. So they sold me a car that wont pass inspection. There is a crack in the windshield. Also the car has a dead cylinder. They failed to tell me any of this before I bought the car. My mechanic has a statement ready to send that states whats wrong with the car and how it is a lemon and should not have been sold to any person in its current condition without knowing all the problems beforehand. In addition after a month of having the car I had to replace the battery. This car is just no good all around. Then I had my dad call the same week I bought the car to discuss a refund because of all the problems it has and the sales manager told him that I didnt spend that much money on the car so its ok. That is terrible customer service from a car dealership. Then I gave a bad review on ****** and the sales manager left a reply but the number he left does not work and every time I call they say he is out of office and never returns my calls after I left multiple voicemails. They should not be allowed to sell people lemon cars and this is unacceptable. Selling a car that cant pass inspection on its own is not ok. That is why I want a refund

I purchased a vehicle from Bell Audi on March 24. My temporary registration and plate expired on April 22. It is currently May 3 and I have not received a valid status on when I can expect to receive a permanent registration or plate. Repeated inquiries to Bell Audi have not received a response.

Purchased a new vehicle on 2/9/23, still havent processed the financial information, 30 days later. Temporary registration is expiring. Dealership offers no help to resolve this problem. They suggest I drive with expired tags, which Im not okay with. I cannot get to work now because they failed to process the financial information in a timely manner. I paid extra money for them to handle all this. They failed miserably. Claims my permanent plates will be in sometime soon.

On December 21, 2021 I made a double trade in. I traded in my 2016 audi Q5 and my 2018 buick enclave and took out a 2022 audi Q5. On the buyout of my buick, audi did not make the full payment to GM Financial and they took the payment of $520.86 from my bank account since buick short paid them. I have called audi from January to now over 15 times trying to get my money. The last guy I spoke to told me on Feb 11th my check was in the mail, I have emailed, called, and today March 29th the guy known as "******" is never in the office or in a meeting and has not returned any of my calls or messages. I want my money.

I purchased an 2022 Audi Q5 Feb 16th. The dealership received a check for the amount of the car from my lender on Feb 22, 2022. I was able to leave the dealership with the vehicle and a temporary plate the same day of Feb 22, 2022. The temporary plate expired March 23, 2022. I submitted my auto insurance card Feb 25, 2022 when I returned to purchase an auto care package. My plates were set to expire March 23, 2022. The paperwork for my permanent plates were to be sent to ********* because the car is to be registered in ********* and the plates were to be sent to me as I am currently traveling for work. I called the dealership March 21, 2022 to inquire about my plates with no updates. I called March 22, 2022 to inquire again about my plates with no updates as well. Finally, I drove to the dealership March 23, 2022 to inquire about my plates. I was met with annoyance by the manager, *************************, for inquiring about my plates. I was told the paperwork was sent March 9th and received March 10th. I asked for the location and tracking number of the paperwork to provide to the *** of Wisconsin. The manager told me providing a tracking number for the paperwork of my plates were against the dealership's policy. I asked the manager if I am just able to obtain the paperwork for the plate registration and I could mail it myself so that I am not driving my new vehicle with expired plates, the manager told me that was against the policy as well.I called the *** of Wisconsin and the lender of ********* to verify if they had received any documentation and they both denied receiving anything and stated the only other way they could check is if they had a tracking number for the paperwork. I told them Bell Audi is refusing to provide me with any tracking numbers for my paperwork. I asked the *** of Wisconsin if I am able to apply on my own for my plates and they said I am able to; however, I would need the dealer to send the manufacturer of origin certificate for the car.
