On 7/24/23 I went to lease an Audi from Bell Audi. After one week they finally gave me the car after not showing up at my home with it on 7/25 and then again not showing up on 7/26. I had to physically go 7/31 to get the car from the dealership. They gave me a temporary registration that expired on 8/29. The original lease agreement was signed with ****** miles per year. However on 8/16 the salesman ******************* contacted me that the agreement was signed in error for ***** and I needed to resign the paperwork which I did. But looking back on the original paperwork it was for ***** miles. They were stalling. I asked them where my plates and registration was on 8/16 and they told me it wasn't available yet. When I contact **** they had nothing for me. I contacted the finance company and they had no title application for me. Today I contacted **** again and spoke to a ******** who works for the manager and she told me that multiple customers have not received their plates and registration either, some are waiting 7 months as I was told. Which I do not believe that anyone would have a car that long and can't drive it. They told me that their office is being remodeled and it's in shambles. What does that mean when they should be getting cars registered for their customers. I told them they will be making the monthly payment and they refused. They told me if I drive the car and get a ticket, they will pay the ticket. They are giving me the run around. I can't get any answers from anyone. Bell Audi needs to be exposed and let all customers know that purchasing a car from them, they will not own it. ******** told me that *********************** who is the general manager cannot be reached to discuss this matter. I also spoke to ***** yesterday, Sept 11 who is also another manager and he had no answers for me as well. Bell Audi should be shut down. It's nothing but headaches from day 1 that I walked into this dealership. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

*** bought a few cars over the years and this was the worst car buying experience of my life. Literally the week I drove off the lot, things starting going wrong. For example, it took more then two months to get my registration, despite numerous calls and emails. My car had no inspections sticker on it when I drove off the lot, so when my registration eventually did come in I had to run and sit in a line to get the car inspected. My key fob died the day after I took the car home, so I called and emailed my salesperson Ade Adegbemle he replied TWO weeks later. Its been more then two months now and I still havent gotten a new key fob. Every time I called they said he was with another client. He immediately stopped taking my calls the day after I signed the paperwork. I then contacted the sales manager ***********************. I contacted him several times and every time he replied Ill look into it and get back to you he never did resolve one of the issues I am having with the car. I also believe based on my cars performance that repairs related to a recall were never performed on my car. The situation is so bad that the Attorney general of ********** and the department of consumer affairs is now investigating the case. I didnt know that Bell Audi has a D- rating with the BBB, I wish I knew before I went there. Please check out the BBB website and take a look at the numerous complaints. Also check out the reviews on Yelp for this dealership, we cant all be wrong! If your looking for a stressful buying experience then Bell Audi is your dealership. If you want to be ignored after you drive off the lot, then Bell Audi is your dealership. There are many Audi dealerships in the tri-state area, check them out. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Seriously.
