Tire and wheels protection was purchased from the dealer on 5/16 at $3,995.00. The tire and wheel protection request cancellation was started on 09/27/23. The forms were filled out to initiate the cancellation and the Notarized Odometer Statement was submitted and received to the portal in 10/03/2023. A payment of $75.00 was paid and due to be deducted from the refund to expedite the refund processing time to 60 days and under on 10/03/2023. The refund for the tire and while protection has still not been received. There have been multiple calls to the dealership on 12/6, 12/8, 12/11, 12/12 and 12/18. the only response I've gotten s far is " we will look into it and call you back". I have not received one phone call back. Emails were sent on 11/29 and 12/4 with no response. The whole process of getting the run around and not receiving our refund has been very infuriating.Business response

We had been contacted by **************** regarding the refund. He was advised we are obligated to return any proceeds related to a financed vehicle to the financial institution which in this case was Huntington Bank.
He informed us the vehicle load was already satisfied and he was to forward proof in order for us to refund the proceeds directly to him.
As of this date we have not received evidence that the loan has been satisfied.
I recommend providing that proof ASAP or the refund will need to go to the bank.
