Hi,I had my wife's Infiniti QX60 serviced at ********************* Infiniti at ****** on 12/22/2021. The servce did comprehensive muti-point inspection, oil change, oil filter change, tire rotation, Brake flush, interior cabin filter. They charged me $355.01 for this. After getting vehicle i drove home and kept the vehicle parked.Then on 12/24 drove the vehicle to ******** (around 200 miles) and when i reached ********, i could smeel burning rubber kind of smell and there was smoke coming out of hood. It was very scary.Then, when i opened the hood, there was no coolant, oil check stick was loose. I had get my own new coolant to fill it up and do other fixes.Now on 12/27, i called up *********************, they would enterain me and were extrenmely rude. I am shocked at how lousy the job they do and then on top of it thye don't take responsibility and are rude.They put me and my family's life at risk. Need action taken against them
