Dear customers,
Thank you for your business! Our main priority is to make you happy and
want to come back to shop with us. If
you’re not happy, we aren’t either.
2020 has been challenging year for most businesses due to
COVID-19. Lenny Lemons relies on other
businesses to operate and deliver your items to your door. We have had issues with our factories
overseas as well as our domestic shipping providers.
Regardless of what is happening around the world, the one
thing remains the same for us, we want our customers to be happy they’ve
shopped with us.
We have recently made some changes to enhance your
customer experience at Lenny Lemons despite the ongoing pandemic.
1. We’ve increased
our customer support team by 40% to better assist you. We had more emails and messages than we could
keep up with and will now be able to respond within 12 hours.
2. We have cutoff
factories that weren’t fulfilling orders quickly or properly to avoid further
delays or order mixups.
3. We have added a
section in the shopping cart noting a possible shipping delay of up to 2
weeks. We understand many of our items
are being purchased for special events.
4. We are offering
a more flexible refund policy. Our
customer service team is on a mission to make you happy. If your order is outside of our stated
shipping times including the delay, your refund request will be granted.
We will continue to make adjustments to further improve
Lenny Lemons in every way possible. We
truly appreciate your business and welcome your suggestions as well.
