I placed an order from Fragranceshop.com on May 12. 2024 and arranged to pay through Afterpay.com app. On May 18, 2024, I emailed them because I never received any confirmation nor anything about shipping details. I sent emails wondering why I heard nothing. They still have not answered any of my emails. I told them to cancel my order and I ordered the same products from ****. I filed a dispute with Afterpay. They supposedly contacted them about my order and Fragranceshop.com told them that the products were shipped and tried to deliver on the 18th. I am disabled and am always at home and there was no attempted delivery on the 18th. This is the 24th and I still haven't received and products from them!! I also receive daily **** EMAILS telling what will be delivered each day. There is no email saying anything about a delivery from Fragranceshop.com. Afterpay is now saying I have to pay for the products I don't have. I refuse to pay for something I don't have!!!!!
