I ordered the ***** ****** . When I receive it it was not the bottle that I ordered. It was leaking and when I tried to open it the blue paint from the box stuck to the outer plastic cover. When I sprayed it the smell was not remotely close to being ****** It stunk very bad. The staff has refused to give my money back and gas lied to me many times. These People need to be put out if business before they defraud any more customers. They are thugs , swindlers,liars , cheats and theivesBusiness response

Date of Order: Nov 23rd 2023 Amount of money paid for the Order: 261.20 Ordered Multiple products in this order, however one of the products delivered incorrect. (See details attached in the word document) Gift Express acknowledged that the image listed on the website was incorrect and now fixed. Sent me return label to process return. Items sent back to Gift Express but no one is responding to the emails and or providing me back with the refund amount.Business response

On February 9, 2024, I ordered from GiftExpress.com a 4.2 oz Layton Exclusif perfume by Parfums de Marly. The order number is ****** and total paid was $188.95. A couple days after I received the order in the mail but they sent an incorrect item. What I received was a 2.5 oz women’s perfume called Delina Exclusif. So they got the item, gender, and size all wrong. I contacted them and they told me to email them a picture of the wrong item and they’ll email me a return shipping label. Days go by with no word from them. When I finally got hold of someone they tried to persuade me to keep the perfume, I said no and they finally sent me a return label. I promptly shipped the item back and to this day I have not seen a single dime back. According to USPS tracking they’ve already received the item. *************************1*********5 I don’t know why it’s taking so long and Multiple attempts to contact them have been multiple attempts to contact them haven’t been answered.Business response

Hi BBB staff, I ordered a set of fragances that totaled $60 in August of 2022. I have correspondence dating back last year where I reached out to this company over 10 different instances and it was basically a cat and mouse chase where the only thing that achieved was me wasting time. I have continued emailing them and have had no success. I just want a refund for this order as I no longer want it due to its tardiness. I understand that it has been more than a year but I have been in constant communication with GiftExpress and they simply respond and then ghost me. IBusiness response

My order number is #****** I ordered a 4,2 Oz tester bottle of PDM ****** on !2/04/23. I received an email the next day with a tracking number attached. The shipment has been stuck on Pre shipment for a week. I called **** and they said that they still have not received the package from Gift Express. I then called Gift express directly two separate times and they didnt even ask for an order number, they just said it would be 3-5 business days for it to be delivered. i dont want an update. I just want a refund before i submit a claim to my bank.Business response

I bought a perfume from this business in September twenty something through ******* and they send me a rip-off. Non an original. Not odor at all. I sent couple of messages and they never answer. My bank offers me to do a charge back if they don't compensate me in 5 business days, either the money or an original perfume but anyway is not fair. If it happens to you, call your bank for a charge back.Business response

I bought a bottle of perfume and placed an order on Nov 2nd. The next day on Nov 3rd I've received an email from GiftExpress Team saying my order is on hold due to security reasons. And I need to send them either a picture of ID proof or the last 4 digits of my debit card as well as the front side of my card that has my name on it so they can process my order after this verification step. Then I replied them back on email with the last 4 digits of my debit card. I l've waited the whole day to hear back from them but nothing happened. So I called the customer service (the number they gave me in the email) the first time as soon as they picked up my call the AI or bot said "good bye" then hung up right away. I was so shocked and thought I was scammed. I tried calling the 2 nd time before they close and some dude picked up the call and he sounded confused after I told him why I was calling because he gave me no respond and just being quiet. My first concern is am I being scammed ? Never had experience buying stuff online and being asked for ID proof. The 2nd concern is the people on the phone sound suspicious I can't tell if it's a real company.Business response

i places a order on 10.8.2023 wheni i git the confirmation email there was a different address i called them and to have it change and the cost-service guy said the there wasnt anything for to do i asked to cancel my order and he told me he cant do the i been calling them and live chat with them and all i get is the run aorund the package was deliver today 10.16.2023 to a houes and i live in a apt i let them and they dont care they called ma a criminal he was very rude to me he made me cry with his word he seen what he was doing i told him i was going to report him thats when he wanted work something with me and he i should get my refund but i havent got a mail or my money i work every hard for my money i want my money back plzBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because: I didn't put the address I already told this guys this the profile I made as my address I didn't receive the package and I already called UPS and they delivered to the address that was on the package which wasn't mine so there's nothing that they can do they told me to handle it with the merchant so please I would like my package or my money back you guys keep giving me the route around when I call you guys tell me give me the money or that you're going to send the package and you tell me to wait for the confirmation I call and when I call you guys you guys Sunday you're not doing that you're doing something different that I got to wait for the cold back like I'm tired of them guys so please my money back or my package

I purchased a bottle of creed aventus on 1/18/2023. I noticed on 1/19/23 my order was not shipped. I emailed the company and they sent me the tracking number ******************* UPS states Label was created. 1/20/23 I emailed the company and they stated I will get two days. I can contacted UPS and they stated , they don't have the package. I email the company again. 1/21/23, they stating it was shipped on 1/19.
