Be aware that this company is run by crooks.They advertised on internet perfumes for sale showing a picture of what you will receive if you buy it.Then you received a different product in a box that said Tester Not for Sale, Prohibited for sale.On top of that the perfume is just a cheap counterfeited product.When I call them up asking for a refund, they said that I have to pay the return shipping cost before they can give a refund.Stay away from this internet store.Review from Syed A

I ordered some perfumes from the Gift Express website. ************************************* brother bought some perfumes from them so i thought to give them a chance.Ordered almost 260 dollar's worth of perfumes. One of the item delivered was incorrect and does not match with the website listed picture, which i informed to the GiftExpress customer services and they issued return label to me to send back those incorrect items.Ordered Date: Nov 23rd.Delivery Date: Dec 4th.Date informed ***************** Dec 4th ********************* Acknowledged to send Return Label and Refund and or reship the correct items.Been following up since from Dec and Last time i followed up with them was on Mar 11.Now they don't even bother responding to my emails.This is not acceptable as i bought those perfumes in advance as i was travelling later in end of Dec. I had to purchase from somewhere else those items to give them as gift.Who will be compensating for my time wasted and for my refund. I see this is not the first complaint i am making, there are other people who have complained same.Review from John M

Extremely unprofessional. I was sent the wrong ******. I have emailed and called. When I called, the gut who answered the phone was super *****, uncaring, told he didn't know and to simply call back another time. After asking for his name repeatedly, he simply hung op on me.Review from Rohitendra C

They sold me a fake I looked at the ****** site and matched the picture and they did not match I looked on you tube how to tell the real from fake and they definitely are sending me a fake they also said 3-5 days till i get my package its been 7 days now and still nothing these people are scammers i already contacted my bank to get my money back hope this helps others from getting scammed

I placed an order on 1/26/2024 for an item that I had been looking for for several years. I was elated to find someone still carried it. I received an email the next day to confirm my shipping address. I had evidently typed a 3 instead of a 2 for my street number. I confirmed via email of the correct address and received a reply that they would be shipping my order to the confirmed address. I did not receive another email after this exchange. I thought it was odd that they didn't send a tracking number. I purchase items online frequently and always receive the shipping info. 1 wk later when I hadn't received the item, I called the cust serv # on their website. I explained the reason for my call to the guy who answered. He immediately asked me to hold. After several minutes of listening to people talking in the background, I said "hello, are you still there? " the guy said, "Yes, hold on ma'am". Several more minutes go by and then he says my name. I said yes, that's correct. He said it appears there's no tracking info available. I asked how it was shipped, **** and for the tracking # which he provided. I hung up. I tried the tracking # on the *** website & no info was available. It's now been 2 wks since I placed my order. After reading other reviews, I expect I'll never receive it. This company is BOGUS! ****************** operating out of a basement in **! The authorities need to shut this fake operation down! It's so sad that they're allowed to continue to do this without any consequences.Giftexpress.com Response

It seems to be extremely easy to scam people out of their hard-earned money. Computers via Internet makes it very easy for criminals to steal. The internet is a haven for criminals and dishonest people. They should all go to jail. Pay a bit more for the merchandise and go to the stores to make your purchases. They are more than likely giving themselves great reviews, from family, friends and co-workers.******* seems to be like looking for high-top shoes for children.I am sorry for your losses.Review from Lawrence M

Had my banking information stolen from this scam company. Made the mistake of not reading the trust pilot reviews and used a brand new credit card with this company only to have them wipe out my balance in one day.Review from Aatish P

*************** They said they shipped my items worth 200$ but i never received. They sent me tracking but who know if that was real or had the items but i never received the items.. they took my money away. I spend almost 190+ dollars and never got my item. They don't back to the purchase that were made. I called them sooo many times. they don't want to pay me or refund me. Company is run by Indians and seems they failed to be Indians. Shame on them. I feel bad for them.
