Just purchased our first above ground pool from The Pool Factory in May. The ordering process was very easy and the website is very user friendly. Before we ordered, I called and spoke with *** and asked some clarifying questions. *** was very nice and helpful. Ordered the package (18' Boreal round) and it was promptly shipped. Package came by freight on a pallet and was in good condition. Everything we ordered was shipped, nothing was back ordered.Assembly instructions said it could be assembled with 2-3 adults. When my wife and I looked at it, we were like no way, we better hire someone. So we hired a local pool installer(definitely recommend doing this) and he brought his crew out and threw it up in a few hours. I asked him about the quality of the pool as he put it together and he said "oh yeah, this is good stuff". I had some leaks after the installer put the hoses together and it still leaked, so I called *** and he gave me some tips and then sent me a new hose and that fixed the problem. The other day, the air relief plug basically fell apart. I emailed *** and he responded right away. I sent him a picture of the broken part and he shipped me out another one no problem.Overall for our first pool, we got the perfect pool for our family at the right value for top quality. The customer service has been great, *** has been awesome to work with and is always very responsive. I would not hesitate to purchase from The Pool Factory again.-******************************

I purchased a 21 foot, 54 inch round Melenia pool kit. The pool is wonderful. Its well made and looks great. The purchase process was extremely efficient. If I had any questions, and I did, I emailed The Pool Factory and almost immediately they would replied via phone. All of my phone calls were with a customer service representative named ***. *** became my life line. He was a tremendous help during the selection process to ensure I was purchasing the right pool for my needs. After the selection was made and I purchased the pool kit, delivery was very quick. I followed The Pool Factorys guide about how to receive the pool kit. The delivery driver was very helpful and accommodating. He allowed me all the time I needed to check the boxes. Once I was completely satisfied, he left. While I was waiting for delivery, I was able to pull up the instructions and videos regarding the ground preparation. I was working by myself, so this took a few days to complete. However, once the pool kit arrived, I was ready to start installation. The instructions were easy to follow and very detailed. Im in my late 60s and I built the pool by myself. I did have help with the wall and liner installation but all of the rest I did alone. If I can do it, anyone can. The Pool Factory makes it easy. During installation, I did have a few questions and yep, *** would answer all of questions with respect and knowledge. I highly recommend The Pool Factory for anything pool related. Im sure the entire customer service team is great but as I only spoke with ******** would also like the thank him for his kindness, respect, knowledge and always being available when I need guidance or had a question.

I bought my pool from Pool Factory last year and they have been nothing but helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns. Most recently they helped me replace some issues I had with my stairs and it was the best customer service I have received from a company in years! Incredible Customer Service...I purchased a new Hayward filter and pump system. My order was received in 2 days. While installing my new filter I noticed a leak coming the inlet valve from the pump. After a closer look I noticed a hairline crack. Not sure if it came this way or it was caused by me. I called the Pool Factory customer service and was quickly put in touch with ***. *** asked to see some pictures which I sent to his email. He called me back within 30 minutes and offered to send me a new filter valve head as a courtesy. I can't believe how generous they were. I don't believe that is the normal process, but I was very appreciative. This all happened about an hour from writing this review and I already have ***** tracking on my part arriving tomorrow. Truly amazing. Thank you ***.

I was searching for a new pool and there are so many companies to choose from and I decided to take a chance on The pool company and Im so glad I did.They are cheaper than other competitors the quality is point on and from the sales to delivery so easy and ***** is so very very helpful (he was my salesman). I originally ordered my pool from the pool factory a few years ago. It came quickly and we had it installed and enjoyed it for 2 years before we put a hole in the liner. We ordered a new liner which we ended up having an issue with. I emailed customer service on a Sunday, and by Monday morning, they were calling me to see how they could help resolve my issue. I needed a new liner which they had to me in 2 days. We get the liner installed just to find out that the bottom part of our filter had a huge crack, most likely from storing it improperly. Again, customer service reached out and got me the part I needed within 2 days. Then, we install the new filter base just to find 2 more leaks. I reached out to customer service again and they had the parts i needed to me within 2 days. I spoke to *** every time and he was the most patient and kind person that I could have asked to speak with. I know absolutely nothing about pools and was extremely close to giving up but with his help, we were able to get the pool up and running for the kids to enjoy all summer. You can order from here with 100% confidence even if you don't know about pools because customer service will have your back and give you whatever help you need to get your pool ready to go.
