They installed a new AC unit for me and as soon as the installation was complete suddenly my heating unit inducer started malfunctioning, and they quoted an additional $1,300 to fix that. They are unwilling to take responsibility for poor workmanship. When I proposed to get 2nd opinion regarding their workmanship from another certified installer they refused to accept that either. I guess they wanted to extract an additional $1,300 from me.Business response

I'm in receipt of your two inaccurate damaging complaints. We appreciate your business, however we didn't do anything to damage your existing heating system as you claim. Your service call for a noise came in 2 weeks after the ** installation. We dispatched a Service Technician who found a faulty heating inducer motor on your existing furnace. This is unrelated to the work we performed installing your ** system previously. I have referred this matter over to my attorney since your inaccurate and false claims will cause great damage to my Company's reputation. We will not be strong armed into making a FREE repair because of your negative social media and BBB complaint that have no merit. You can call whoever you want to for a second or third opinion at your expense, they will tell you the job we did has nothing to do with your faulty furnace inducer motor. My installation Manager ******************* conveyed this to you already and used the car analogy. If a mechanic changes your oil today and you get a flat two weeks later it's his fault? Perhaps you just don't understand the inner workings of your Heating and Cooling system? Have a Happy and Healthy New Year!

I am rejecting this response because:
As matter of fact I complained with days of installation as over the weekend did not know who to contact. I am fixing this with certified installer who can do proper work and stand by there workmanship. I even offer *** multiple option including paying for the part and you cover labor and/or checking with 3rd party certified installer if your claim was correct but it seemed your team was not confident enough with your workmanship. However, to my point you just wanted more money from your customer as for the same work I got the quote for half the price from certified installer. Instead of being humble and polite and providing proper respectful response you want to threaten me with lawyer than please be my guest and see how far we go.

We are sending this matter to our Attorney to file a lawsuit for defamation of character. We as you know are a stand up business and will always continue to do so.
Please have this complaint removed while this matter goes into legal proceedings. Thank you.
