On November 15th, I purchased a pair of shoes from ******* Marketplace for the price of $47.98. The vendor I purchased the shoes from is called Best Plaza of ******, **********. The shoes did not fit. I bought a size 13 and I have been wearing 13's for most of my adult life. I know what a size 13 feels like, and these were not size 13's. These shoes were mislabeled. I tried returning them only to be told by my local ******* Customer Support desk that the Marketplace item cannot be returned in-store. I was then directed to contact the seller, Best Plaza. I have tried contacting seller. I have sent an email to Best Plaza and received no response. I tried calling the phone number listed on ******* Marketplace, but the number goes directly to a voicemail box that has not been set-up. Other buyers, who have left reviews on ******* Marketplace, have also stated that they cannot reach Best Plaza through any means. The lack of customer support on **********************'s part is suspicious, especially the fact that business does not have a functional voicemail box. There are also a few other reviews on Marketplace from customers who say they received shoes that were the correct size yet did not fit. I would like a refund.
