This company cannot be trusted. It is clear to me that this company intended to ******* me by taking my money and never fulfilling my order. I was charged immediately upon placing my order, which I expected. However, after that, no action was ever taken to complete my order. I checked the online status of the order several times over two weeks, but there was no progress. Since the order should have already been shipped, I reached out to customer service, both through the online chat and in email. The online chat said someone would get back to me, Nothing. No response to my email. Since I didnt hear back, I reached out again a few days later. Again, no response. After nearly 3 weeks had passed, I reached out a 3rd time. Still no response.Since it had been 3 weeks and I was clearly being ignored, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was able to recoup my money. I'm grateful that I paid with a CC. If I hadn't, I would have had little recourse.After I filed the dispute with my credit card company, Evo9x finally contacted me. They didnt respond to any of my earlier messages. They didnt apologize for ignoring me or for failing to complete the order. All they cared about was the money. They asked me to remove my dispute and said they would fulfill the order if I did. Yeah, sure. I already got swindled once. I'm not going for that a second time.I suggest you not order from this company unless you have money to throw away. You may not get your product, and you certainly won't get any assistance from customer service.
