            February 18, 2024 bought two Hover-1 Rangers from Amazon for $52.70 each. I reached out to the company and they said my product was out of warranty. The board does not seem to calibrate properly and when someone gets tries to ride it the board starts to shake/vibrate as if its trying to recalibrate. It was so bad that when I was helping my kid get on it, it started doing its weird shaking really hard where he fell off the board, then it ran over my toe and kept moving forward about 10 feet before hitting a wall. It kept trying to move forward. So something is definitely wrong with it because it doesnt always stay still after being turned on. This product is dangerous to say the least and the company wont take ownership

            Purchased a hover-1 my first hoverboard for my son through Amazon. Within a month it failed. Submitted a claim, it has been two Weeks and havent heard back. When you try to call them, they tell you, due to high call Volume, we cant accept any calls. Waste of $100. Ticket number I was given is 276673.Wont be purchasing through them again.

At this time we also see that your product was purchased through Amazon, whom you still are within their return and exchange period as well.
