I had a very unfortunate experience with this company. I had been reaching out to them regarding party rentals (Tent and highboys with linen) since September of 2023 for a wedding reception taking place on June 8th of 2024. After several emails and calls, I was finally told that they would not address my request until the new year. After the new year, I had reached out again several times, and was finally told that they are closed until March 11th. on March 17th I reached back out, asking to begin working on my request, and advised that they should be in touch with the owner of the venue where this will be hosted for proper measurements. After reaching out AGAIN another few times asking if the space had been measured and if anyone had been in touch with the venue owner, I still heard nothing. Finally, the venue owner told me she hasn't heard anything from AC Party Rentals, so I again called and emailed asking what was going on, and received a response of "an installer went and measured the back patio 3 weeks ago and since there is a fire pit, we won't put a tent there". Since I work in the event industry, this reasoning was understanding. But what was not understanding is; the lack of communication, the disregard to even bother reporting back to me as 3 weeks had gone by since this decision was made, not a single person responding to me or the venue owner, and ultimately was put in a position where I have no party tent 4 weeks before the wedding reception, because most rentals are already booked, and this was the company that the owner has worked with previously and advised we use. Very disappointing way to run a business, to disregard and ignore customers, and not even bothering to give them details with appropriate timing.
