I have been dealing with this low coolant warning since October of 2023! The last time I had the vehicle looked at it was determined that an array of things were wrong and the services were ran through my extended warranty company and I paid my deductible, which I thought was unfair as the car was in and out of the shop monthly with the issue not being resolved. The warning light continues to come on every day since the last time it was fixed less than 6 months ago! Now Im getting an oil change and the mechanic reports there is some sort of leak. This is unacceptable. BMW of Atlantic City has failed to fix the problem and putting me the customer to just continue to dish out money because of the failure to fix the issue. This is poor customer service. I did make a complaint with *** corporate but no one reached out to resolve this concern.

First and foremost, thank you so much in advance for your help!We purchased a ***** XC40 from this dealership on 10/28 and have not received our permanent license plates. We have tried to reach out to this dealership with no success. We called the ** and ** DMVs and neither have any record on file regarding our car, telling us the dealership has not even filed our registration. Our first tags expired on 11/26, which is no problem. However, when we reached out on 11/22 letting the dealership know we would need a new temporary plate we never heard back. We called again on 11/25 and were told by the manager **** that a new temporary plate would be overnighted to us by 11/27. Nothing came in the mail, so we reached out again on 11/28 (driving around with a temporary plate, subject to getting pulled over) and spoke to ***** who told us he would give us a call back with the status. Never heard back from him. We called again on 11/29 and spoke with **** who said he would look into it and let us know. Again, **** neglected to call us back. We were finally able to get through to ***** again on 11/30 who said he would overnight us a new temporary plate and it would be there by 12/2. 12/2 came and we never received the plate. We called again and spoke with ***** who couldn't give us any information regarding our vehicle. The second temporary plate was finally delivered on 12/4 and is set to expire on 12/26.On 12/20, we called the PA DMV for a status check on our plates and they let us know that there is no record on file regarding our vehicle. We then called *** again and spoke with *** who said that he couldnt provide any information or proof of registration or title but it was held up with ** DMV.On 12/21 we called the ** DMV and again they said there was no record on file regarding our vehicle. We want this dealership to do the right thing and get us our plates. Our second set of temporary plates expire on 12/26 and we need to be able to drive this car around.

I purchased a 2016 *** on July 3, 2023, with the understanding that a 5-point inspection was performed on the car. I do NOT believe this was completed due to the fact the key was lost at the time we went to test drive the car. After bringing the car home, it didn't even have windshield washer fluid in it. Less than a month later the check engine light came on, for a major problem that the dealership did fix. Then in less than 2 months the coolant light came on. I was told by the dealership to bring the car in to get it filled and then upon arrival I was told they are not allowed to fill the coolant. Instead, they insisted to keep the car to check for problems. At the time I could not leave the car because they did not have a loaner. However, after filling it with coolant the light did come off. Then the oil light came on before even driving the car ***** miles. *** 3 months into having the car it's back in their shop for an axel repair that will cost close to $4000. I understand I bought a used car with no warranty, but I choose *** thinking I was purchasing a car with durability. I do not believe I should be responsible for a pre exiting problem with the car. It has now been at the dealership for about a month. I have made multiple calls to the manager, that has never been returned. I even enquired about getting a warranty as the pattern seems to be, next month the car will be back in for another major repair and yet still no phone call. I will never buy a car from *** again. I have only ever purchased used cars without warranties and never had such bad experiences.

We purchased a CPO 2020 330i xdrive on 29 Jul 2023, the dealer had said CPO cars go through extensive inspection and therefore the vehicle should have no issues. As soon as we purchased the vehicle it right back to the dealership the following day because the ** was broken, head rest was torn, glass damaged, and brakes well worn past safe limits. They managed to fix the **, head rest, and brakes but refused to fix the glass damage. Fast forward 2 weeks later the car has a check engine light for gasoline vapor leak, the car was brought back to the dealership and was told it was fixed on Aug 30, less than 2 days later another check engine light had come on for yet again another EVAP code. The drive from Pittsburg to Atlantic City is over 6 hours each way and we have made this trip 3 times in total now because the dealership fails to do their job properly

In June of 2022, I brought my BMW1 to BMW of Atlantic City for an oil leak repair. The service contact, *********************, told me they would need the car overnight to do a diagnostic and give a quote for repair. I left the car with the service department and the next day they gave me a quite to repair the oil leak for $3,800 maximum cost. This quote included parts and labor and any other cost. I left the car with them. It took the service department over two months to complete their work. They called me to come get the car and told me it was NOT repaired and they must have been incorrect with their expert diagnostics of the problem. They charged me $3,232.68 for service, parts, etc. which did not repair my car or accomplish anything that I requested. I called the general manager, *********************** who promised to get back to me which he never dis. I called over 4 times leaving messages and emailed him. To charge for services that were never provided in the ******************* is against the law. The charge needs to be credited due to their lack of services and resolution.

I had an oil change done on. 9-17-22 at *********. All service on vehicle has been done by this shop at required times. On 9-23-22 as my daughter was heading to work the car broke down and was towed to *********. They checked the car and said a rod bearing blew out and caused engine damage. It was just serviced 6 days prior and with no signs of any wear and tear or warming lights or check engine lights, no metal shavings in oil or creamy oil that would show signs of wear ( according to mechanic or lack of checking by mechanic). The only way rod bearings break is lack of oil or no oil. When car broke down no oil was at site or on tow truck flat bed as he rolled it up to tow away.
