I was told about this program and I contacted Green **** Energy Solutions they sent someone named ****** and he went over things with me regarding my home and we discussed many things. He left with giving me no paperwork nor showing me any documentation of anything he looked at and what his recommendations were I only went on his word. He told me someone would be in contact with me in the next week or so. I did not hear anything so I decided to call and check in with them. I spoke to ****** who helped set up the appointment and she said there was notes stating I had to have some mold checked out first before they did any work. I told her I was confused as I was never told anything like that. She persisted to say what was in the notes and said she would send me pics. I never received the pics and was very upset that this person who was out to my home was just able to say whatever he wanted and I had no proof of anything because he did not give me anything while he was in my home. We have cameras in my home and the voices play back as well and when I mentioned that to ****** and some very ignorant man named *** they said they were sending someone else out to check the house. *** stated it would not take as long as the first 3 hours and basically he just tried to say whatever he could to pacify me on the phone as I mentioned that I knew someone who worked for the State who could help me navigate the false accusations and or statements that were made from ******. The next day ****** called me and wanted to schedule another appointment and we were in the middle of setting that up when I asked how long on a Sunday it would take so I would know how to plan that morning. She said 2-3 hours I stated *** said if I had someone back out it would not take but an hour. I asked her if she could also check the status of this refrigerator losing temperature and the fact that *** stated it would only take an hour and he was working on the refrig and getting it to be looked at by a different
