            The began on August 8th, 2019. They claim that from March 2016 - July 2019 ACH payments in the amount $11,166.58 were not made, when that is not true. I've provided the proof the money was pulled from my account. They were the only ones who could provide me with the 2016 copies of payment and the auditor started manipulating the report to show several payments but not the others. They have taken the money twice and I really need help getting my money back. I was a member of this credit union for over 20 years maintaining outstanding credit, paying back several personal and car loans always making payments on time as my funds would go directly to them. I tried to get help for several month with Legal Shield and they were no help either although I was also paying them and I got no help. I can't tell you the numerous amounts of calls over the months several lawyers office and they say it will cost more then what they owe me and I can't afford that. I am desperate and need some guidance and help. Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated.

            They are racist , discriminate and work with local members who are businesses in the area to scam other members.They make unauthorized transactions on your account and use cash deposits from members for personal use and are outright scam artists.Both locations need to be closed and not allowed to be anyone's financial institution.They are not a member operative as they claim to be.They are operating off unethical personal decisions based off of perception and discriminative cliches.I stayed to prove my point. Now that I have substantive evidence to further litigation.
