    I took my 16year old daughter for laser hair removal. 7 sessions over 7 months. we were told she would see a significant difference in the density of her hair (underarm and bikini). THERE IS NO CHANGE to either area. $700 later l, I was scammed. when I called they tried to tell me they said she wouldnt see significant change. why would it pay $700 for a minimal change? they refused to do the correct work or refund our money.

    Sloppy work. After 7 sessions of laser hair removal, there are lines and spots of hair the technician missed. She wanted to charge me full price to go over the parts she missed. Not worth the time or money. Better off spending 2x somewhere else.

    Client became a customer at ********************** on November 13, 2020 in which he desired laser hair removal of lower back, chest and abdomen. Consents were signed and reviewed by client and laser technician. As per the consents that were signed by client on 11/13/20, a clause states "I understand that results may vary with each individual and acknowledge that it is impossible to predict how I will respond to the treatment and how many sessions will be required. The procedure as well as potential benefits and risks have been thoroughly explained to me and I have had all my related questions answered". Multiple discussions with client regarding concerned chest area were addressed and given an option for more treatments since it is not predicted how many sessions an individual will need. Client refused to pay for services. Pricing before package ended was discussed that a potential increase in prices will be occurring due to effects of COVID-19 and product increase. Client also attended another spa for his upper back in which he received poor services and results. Client complained about that the spa and urged for our laser tech at Katica Body Contour to provide service to that area. As a courtesy, upper back was revised at no charge. At this time, client has posted multiple reviews all over the web when options were given to client but he REFUSES to pay for services. However, client reviews are greatly appreciated to better our services and communication with clients. That is why an established and professional business has consents and take our services very seriously.

    To be clear, the technician preformed sloppy work by not overlapping entire area and leaving what looks like a tic tac toe board of hair on my chest. She also only went over areas where growth was visible cutting session time down from 30 minutes to <15. After 6 session, she expected me to pay for the entire area instead of just the parts she missed. I instead went to a professional location which was more expensive, but did the work properly. Technician also complained multiple times of immigrants coming to America and receiving free services like education. She also proudly shared that she spent $500/plate on her wedding. This is the kind of people you support when you patronize this business.
