      On February 8, 2024 I received a wheelchair from Med first. On the 9th I called to explain the size 18in was too small and explained I did have a 18in in the past and that was perfect size. The rep stressed I did receive the correct size. I explained the wheelchair was too small for me and I needed to exchange it for a 20in instead. I am still waiting. I have been working with Ruthie who rarely returns my calls so I have to keep calling. My current wheelchair has no breaks. I have weekly and biweekly doctor appointments. On 2-1-24 I had surgery again on the remaining of my right foot. I’ve also had a below the knee amputation years ago on my left leg so I AM IN NEED of the wheelchair. I have been told I would receive a callback over and over and over n am still waiting. I am also a heart patient and do not need the stress nor do I have the strength to chase them to either deliver my necessary wheelchair or call me back with an update. I need help. My ex wife **** has kindly called them on my behalf on 2-16-24 bc I have not heard from them n she was told they did receive a wheelchair but it was the wrong size. They NEVER called me to inform me of that. **** expressed how imperative it was for me to get my wheelchair. She explained my condition and advice to have the matter escalated. She was told someone would call back the following day and of course no call was received. **** did tell Giselle I have been dealing with Ruthie who doesn’t return my calls. Today, 2-19-24 **** called again since I have not heard from them and requested a manager or supervisor. She was placed on hold for a few moments then Giselle informed her the manager and supervisor were in a meeting. Coincidence???? I don’t believe that at all. The wheelchair is covered under Medicare. They need to exchange and deliver my wheelchair. Thank you ????

      Hello this is ***** ***** I am writing to inform you that this matter was rectified today February 20, by Pro Med.  wheelchair was replaced with the correct size.  Thank you for your help in this matter. It is deeply appreciated!
