This all started when my fianc and enrolled her daughter into karate school. The schools told 7s we had to pay in advance for the entire course. We agreed and gave them our Credit card information. About 2 months into the contract my daughter said she felt like the classes just weren't teaching her in the way that was initially explained to us at the first meeting. We contacted the school and spoke to various people there about getting a partial refund for the time that she didn't go. The school said they could not do that, they said once they received payment they were not allowed to refund anything. This all occurred 2 years ago approximately.Initial Complaint

I signed a contract that was modified to expire on 09/ 2022 in time for my son's football season. They continue to make unauthorized payments on my card for services I did not receive. I spoke to **** and *****, which is management. Their response was that the employee that put together the contract was fired because she was scamming customers into contracts against company policy. Now their problems became my problem. They refuse to honor the contract I signed even after ***** assured me my contract would be canceled. Their lack of employee awareness compromises my personal data and finances. I need this matter solved.
