      I had a delivery scheduled for 11am-2pm (tracking info gave an updated ETA of 10:27-10:44am) at 11am I called customer service for an update and was told they where on the way (was told diver would be there in 1 hour). I called 4 more times every hour and was told the same thing. At 5pm I asked to speak to a manager and was told “he’s in a meeting” and “my other manager went home”. Customer service was suppose to call me back before they went home at 5:30. It is now 6:20 and still no delivery or call. Tried calling the corporate office with no answer, and their answering machine was full. There is no other FGO Logistics phone number publicly available. Looking at google reviews, it looks like I’m not the only person to get this level of service (almost all the reviews say something similar to horrible service). An email to the corporate office also appears to be going unanswered. All I want is my stuff but I can’t get ahold of anyone that knows where it is or when it will be delivered. I suspect I’m not getting my order today, but I have no way of knowing when it will be delivered. I did not pay money directly to FGO Logistics, but I did pay for delivery through Living Spaces.

      Claim # 4A2304X04T4-0001 Claimant: ********************* Date of Loss: 2023-04-29 FGO Logistics delivered my new washer for Best Buy and in the process damaged my pipes and dryer vent by yanking hard without looking. I had to spend $800 fixing the pipes and dryer vents. They asked me to file a claim with pictures which I did, but then they just denied it despite repeated appeals.

      In October 2023 FGO logistics deliverymen delivered a stackable washer & dryer tower that I had purchased from *******-- though the delivery person measured the hallway the units would pass through, the machines were too wide for the narrow 1890s Victorian hallway, and the workers gouged out yards of plaster, broke a plaster & marble niche, chipped doorways, stair banisters, cracked the plaster in the ceiling, smeared blood along the walls, and scraped the paint off the walls where they tried to push the machines up the stairs. I refused the delivery after seeing the mounting damage, reported it to ******* customer service, and filed a complaint with FGO's claims dept, providing them w the 2 detailed professional estimates they requested, along with approximately 20 photographs & 2 video clips of the damage. The estimates to repair the damage ranged from $3,170 to approximately $4,200. FGO responded today that they offered a settlement of approximately $1,305-- 1/3 of what it would cost to repair the damage. This is not even close to adequate compensation to repair the extensively documented damage their workers did.

      I bought a refrigerator from Best Buy in ********* and when the delivery company delivered it they messed up my walls and floor and well as scratches in the new fridge they said they will take care of the damages in my home and have not done anything about it yet

      FGO Logistics was 3rd party delivery service assigned to deliver frig on behalf of Best Buy - I had an appointment, mistake by Best BUy on receipt - so instructed delivery team to load frig into my dining room and Best Buy was rescheduling another team to come out and do install and haul away - I told them that is Escallation team advised since they failed to include haul away on replacement frig transaction - It was unpacked on dolly ready to go into home - driver looked at me and said no - then rather than repackage item with the cardboard and bubblewrap - slapped is back onto truck - no protection to stainless steel door front - slapped the moving straps on and no protection - I told them they were stealng my product best buy instructed them to simply load into the house - I recently got the company responsible for the drivers - requested management to call me - My treatment and the disregard tfor the instructions of Best Buy - and the lack of care to a now open exposed product with no packaging in front of customer - smug disregard to give me the product I paid Best BUy for - and then lost in transit for approx 36 hours - Best BUy was not able to inform me of location of my product until 36 hours laters - I am now another week out before receiving a frig that their drivers took from me. and I have had to spend over 10 hours rectifying the situation to get Best BUy to escalate properly, find the frig - does not appear delivery company responded - and I attempted to reach out to their management on the condition of my product after drivers finally got it to not my house but a transit location - The drivers at a minimum should have rewrapped product - for safety of it - but treated it like a haul away - no concern for customer, ignored instructions of Best Buy which paid the delivery through my transaction - and I felt uncomrtable when begging for them to leave me my frig because I paid for all of this. The driver refused to call even dispatch - want comp from them my time having to make this right .

      I spoke to the so called manager about my delivery because the workers didn't want to do their job and claimed that the furniture I ordered would not fit, but I know that's a lie. I paid almost $200 for this delivery with assembly. She was super rude so I asked for her manager and she told me I didn't need to talk to her manager and hung up on me. Worst customer service EVER! Not sure how this company is still open. They never delivered my furniture and put it through as delivered. I was told I would get a call back and no one ever did.

      I purchased my washer and dryer from brandsmart and it was delivered December 11th 2022. I have had an ongoing conversation with FGO Logistics regarding paying for damages of my washing machine when delivering. I spoke with ******************************* and ***. ****** (customer service manger) insured me in several emails that I would be compensated for the damages provided I presented photos and invoice from the contractor. I have not received a pay out for this restoration of the damages and the company now stated they are not going to. This is egregious business practices and I want the damage that was caused by them to be fixed or replaced. The delivery team assessed the damage and admitted fault during the delivery. They ensured me I would have no issue in filing a claim for damages if I followed through with the aforementioned.I with no results.
