    I have bought a car from this dealership months ago. I have paid 20k and 8 months left of payments on finanace. They are charging me for 7 years and took another loan. They have shut down there dealership and no way to communicate with them.

    Hello, I bought a used car from a car dealership PARKWOOD auto mall in ** on April 7. Their address is *************************************. The vin number of my car is *****************, which is a 2020 *** X3. On the day I bought the car, they gave me a temporary license plate for one month. I contacted them two weeks later and they said that the time had not yet expired and asked me to wait. Then I kept contacting them when my temporary license plate expired. They said it would take 1-3 months, and they would send it to me immediately after receiving my iron plate and title. They also kept telling me that it was okay and I could drive the car. Then I received the first ticket for expired license plate on June 19, and I immediately contacted the car dealership again. They kept telling me that it was okay and they would be responsible for it and that I could continue to drive the car. Then on June 26, I received two more tickets, and I contacted the car dealership again. They said they would be responsible but it would take some time, and they would send me a check at that time, and they would send me a new temporary license plate, and then I I received a second temporary license plate, which expired on August 1st. I kept contacting them from July 14th to July 25th, saying that my temporary license plate was going to expire again and when I would receive my iron plate and title. They said it would probably take two or three weeks, but they would get me a temporary license plate when it expires on August 1st. Then I received another temporary license plate on August 5th. I contacted them on August 6th and they said they had already sent the materials to the NY DMV for me, and that the NY DMV would send my iron plate and title to my home. Then when I contacted them today on August 8th, the salesperson told me that the store was closed. I went to their store and found that the door was closed. Now there is no check, title or plate.

    About two months ago (June 4th) my boyfriend put a deposit down on a car of $2500 the money was used as a hold and was told to be 100% refundable and the dealership would only keep the money if he got the car and it would be used to lower the total value of the car. The loan never went through and on June 9th my boyfriend texted his salesman saying he wanted the money back to which he never responded. He tried to get the money back through his bank but they were unsuccessful in contacting the dealership so his claim was denied. For these two months, we have taken 4 drives (the dealership is 2 hours away) and have made over 100 calls to the dealership with half going unanswered and the other half pretending that the company is going to send the money back. Two weeks ago we were supposed to receive a check in the mail and it never came and last week a direct deposit was supposed to be made and that never came either. Now, the dealership is closed for an emergency and we are getting nowhere with trying to contact the business.

    I sold my 2023 *** M3 to the dealership and a friend of mine purchased the vehicle. My friend who purchased the vehicle gave them a large sum of cash and financed the rest of the vehicle from ***************** The car was sold March 2024 and today is July 2024 and the car is still on my name. The dealership failed to pay off the vehicle and it has now impacted my credit. The dealership asked me to make payments on the vehicle because they cant afford to pay off the car but I sold them the car in March and have the paperwork that they purchased and sold me vehicle. I would like the business to payoff the car so it no longer shows up as Im the owner and also help me fix any credit issues I have incurred because of damages to my credit. I have lost all hope, the dealership defrauded me and sold a car they do not own to someone else and NJ law requires businesses to payoff the car within a 30 day period and its been 150 days. Im also owed a positive equity check on the car that I never received.

    The dealership has been telling me that they will resolve my issue for a month and a half telling me they are going to order the part for my car and keep telling me they will call me back when they have not done any of the sort. The part is covered by warranty but they have not resolved it.

    I purchased my 2019 Land Rover Velar one January 27,2024. Before making the purchase I test drive the car and the sales rep. Kenny told me that what I was feeling was the tires and he'll have It taking care of before I received the car. 2 weeks after their picked up the car I started to feel the same issue and the front LED. Lights was not working also so I took it to a local tire shop for them to check it out and it wasn't the tires. I contacted the dealership to let them aware of the issue in that time frame they changed location so the appointment they gave me was March 4,2024 to get a Diagnostic done. When I took the car to the new location 27 route ** ********** *** ****** the on the 03/04/2024 I was told by the mechanic that it was a transfer case issue the car was having and it was covered my the warranty and he's going to start working on it so I ask him about the LED headlights he told me it's not covered but he's going to try and include them because it wasn't a month after purchasing the issue occurred. After that day every week I called to get my car fixed and nothing happen I keep getting the run around about warranty and the parts was on back order. It got to the point where they stop taking my calls so I took the liberty of dropping off the car 05/10/2024 for them to fixed and they ignored it now it's June 18 and nothing is done and I'm still making my monthly payments of $858.79 a car that I'm not driving now. All issues the car is having 1 Transfer case 2 Camshaft position sensor 3 Front head lights LED 4 ABS brake system Fault

    I purchased my 2018 GLC 300 Mercedes- Benz from Parkwood Auto Mall on 6-10-2023 with a service contract-DOWC. Service contract term- level 2 My vehicles tranmission is gone and I need another transmission as per mechanics- Action Auto Center. I provided the information to DOWC and was told that the dealership has to pay due to several non payments. I called Parkwood Auto spoke with Rick- manager of mechanics to report my claim and request a loaner. Since my initial claim Owner -Danny C and Rick- mechanic manager has been called several times with no response. The dealership has not returned my phone calls. DOWC has reached out to Parkwood Auto Mall with no response as well. Cost amount $3000.00 - transmission and labor. I would like payment for my transmission since I'm still paying on my service contract. My service contract 48,000 or 48 months whichever one is first.

    Date of purchase 1/3/24 Resolution - Refund/Return Letter explaining details attached. Purchased a used car from an auto dealership. Many issues still ongoing No title/plates/registration are my biggest concerns at the moment, but all are important. Thank you

    Purchased vehicle 26FEB2024. Called on 22MAR2024 regarding title//temp tag expires on 26MAR2024. I was told then that they should have everything soon. 28MAR2024 I called to check status and was told title work had never been submitted but that they would expedite it and get me something by Tuesday 02APR2024. Since then they wont take my calls. I cant legally drive a vehicle that isnt registered and until they get my title.

    Purchased a vehicle from parkwoodautomall on Jan 31 2024. I was given temporary plate meanwhile they received my actual plate. The paper plate i got are good until Feb 28 24.I have reached out several times about my plate being expired getting the run around al the time. Getting told they moved to different location so DMV. is backed up. After couple weeks go by I got told they fired the old DMV lady . State that they are sending then paperwork to north Carolina DMV. During this issue I got pulled over and got ticketed a no registration ticket and vehicle was impounded. The only resolution to this is they are going to reimburse me the money. On 3/21/24 i received a call stating my plates will be here on 3/28/24. On 3/28/24 i received a call saying that they are waiting on the dmv. I have reached out to the DMV of NC, they havent received any paperwork. My insurance policy is due to expire on 4/2/24 due the fact I don't have vehicle registered. Im paying monthly for a car i cant even drive.
