I went on this website to check on the VIN number of one car. They advertise that for 99 cents you can search one or you can sign up for the unlimited monthly search of $24.95. I only needed the one car checked so I chose the .99 option. For the last 3 months I have been charged $24.94 each month for their service I have never used again. I didn't even know I was being charged until two months in and I saw a company I didn't recognize on my bank statement drafting money. Let me be crystal clear. I did not authorize this fee. I chose the .99 option. One and done. I requested in November that they cancel this membership that I did not ask for. It was drafted again last month even though I contacted them. I contacted them again today and told them I was reporting them to the BBB and of course I get an email back stating my membership has been cancelled. I want my $100.00 back but I'll never see that again.

On November 11, 2022, I was searching for a car online. When I found a car I was interested in, there was a link to search the *** and get a report. When I clicked on the link, it came up as $1 for the search. It did not state anything that you needed to have a subscription for the report, it was a one time charge. There was an option for subscription for $24.95 but I checked the one time charge of $1. I put in my debit card information for the one time charge of $1. On November 14, I noticed I had a charge on my checking account for $1 and one for $23.95 from usavinreport **********. I called the number right away and they told me that the charge was for a subscription. I told them I did not sign up for a subscription and they told me they would issue a refund. On November 28, I called them again because I had not received anything and they again told me that they would issue a refund, would take about 2 weeks. They verified my email address and said they would send out a report when it would be refunded. On December 6, called them again, and got the same response. I still have not received a refund.
