    Poor communications, bad negotiation skills, and worse they have stolen almost $5000.00 from my account. I was paying to cover two different companies and they settled with one quickly, but the other they never reached a settlement with. I asked repeatedly for a statement of my account as there were payments being made to cover both debts; when I finally got the statement all of the money put aside for the second creditor was gone over to "fees" charged by Creditors Relief. They have yet to explain those fees and have basically stolen nearly $5000.00 from me. Now, they do not want to communicate with me and cannot explain the fees that they charged to steal my money. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!

    I worked with Sophia throughout my time with them and she was always very helpful and responsive. They worked with the creditors to remove our UCC's. I can tell you that they were much better company than dealing with the MCA's that got us in the mess in the first place. It was a relief to have a light at the end of the tunnel and get our cash flow back to where we could function again. I would recommend this course of action if you get yourself in a bad situation and hamster wheel with the predatory MCA companies.

    this company set me 2 unauthorized text messages. I am on the National Do not call list. They are in violation of the TCPA act.

    I would give a zero is was able. These guys have been taking money every week out, for many months, claiming it was going into an escrow account so they can make a settlement with the lender. Six different people have contacted me from Creditors Relief however none of the six have done anything. Jerry Lardonis the most recent to reach out to me. He is useless. I asked to see proof that funds are sitting in escrow and he has not done it and ignores the request. I requested ALL of my funds returned as they have not done any work on this matter. Jerry wants to refund me $1000 which is a joke. My attorney has been bcc’d on every email and communication with these guys. Since Creditors Relief doesn’t want to do their job or cooperate we are filing a Class Action Lawsuit with Creditors Relief and the employees handling the cases. This is a MAJOR Felony Fraud Lawsuit. We have compiled a list of all bad reviews and my lawyer has started reaching out to these individuals. This will shit Creditors Relief down. All they had to do is return my funds they took under fraudulent terms. It’s believed by my attorney that they don’t know what their signed agreement means. Not a good time for these crooks.
